Description
Deze geneesmiddelendatabank is bedoeld voor verpleegkundigen en is gebaseerd op de BCFI-databank (andere zorgverleners kunnen MediBase Pro gebruiken). De kerngegevens van het BCFI zijn offline bruikbaar in de app. Naast de geneesmiddelen zijn ook de parafarmaceutische producten opgenomen.U vindt naast de parafarmaceutische producten (verbanden, compressen, …) er alle Belgische geneesmiddelen in met terugbetalingsmodaliteiten, samenstelling, classificatie, posologie, opzoeken goedkope geneesmiddelen, alternatieven, codes doping Vlaamse en Franse gemeenschap. Opzoekingen zijn mogelijk via merknaam, substantie, labo of via de BCFI-hoofdstukken.
Deze databank werd aangevuld met
- Afbeeldingen van de verpakkingen (project Medipim ®, www.medipim.be)
- Bijsluiters (publieke en SKP) uitgegeven door het FAGG (enkel online beschikbaar en in PDF formaat),
- De bijsluiters van pharma.be (enkel online) die toelaten om rechtstreeks een bepaald hoofdstuk te openen (bv contra-indicaties),
- Info over gebruik van geneesmiddelen bij zwangerschap (Cybèle)
- Medische actualiteit via MediPlanet-Pharmaplanet
- MediAlert: aankondingen officiële instanties, firma’s, …
- Lijst van onbeschikbare producten
De BCFI gegevens worden 1 maal per maand bijgewerkt (volgens het ritme van het BCFI). De online bronnen (FAGG, Medipim, pharma.be, Cybèle worden door de respectievelijke eigenaars continu en online bijgewerkt.
Aangezien deze app enkel voor zorgverleners bedoeld is wordt het DocCheck® paswoord (gratis) als controle gebruikt. Het paswoord wordt slechts éénmaal gevraagd bij de eerste login. Indien u nog geen Doccheck® paswoord heeft kan u dit online bestellen via de aangeboden link binnen de app. Er is ook een link voorzien indien u uw Doccheck® paswoord zou vergeten zijn.
De app is het best bruikbaar op een Ipad (mini), hoewel hij ook voor de Iphone is aangepast.
Deze app werd uitgewerkt door Medical Web Services (MediPlanet-PharmaPlanet), samen met DocCheck® de grootste HCP-community van België en Europa.
