1 ★Didn't like the app much interface, and it asks to pay in the beginning itself without exploring the app. Now, I want to delete my account, and I can't find the option to delete my account. I would like to delete my profile. Please suggest
1 ★You won't get any conversation even with paid subscription. So first they make you think that there is a screening process, at least of course you pay. While they are "approving" you get interesting matches, but once you paid they never text back. You can set different locations, I did this, you can use the search feature, but you can't match with them, the only option is to cold message, but that is not included in the PAID membership. This is by far the worst dating app.
5 ★This app takes a lot of time to review the authenticity of ur profile but otherwise definitely in all aspects it's really worth it.I think it's life changing.
1 ★I made an account, upon creating the account and paying the high priced membership fee, it was immediately deleted by the company for no valid reason and they refused to give me a refund for the subscription I paid for. DO NOT TRUST!

3 ★The android version doesn't work smoothly. When I swipe between the profile photos it refresh extremely slow. Litterly a 15 seconds in between or more. When I hit the X or the ❤️ button doesn't except the command. Need to swipe mostly in order to get to the next match. Phone galaxy S21 and A53. The same issue. IPhone has no issues. Will be nice to be fixed considering the high package price!
2 ★I have a paid version and I'm currently facing a lot of bugs with my messages. I still see deleted messages, profiles are messed up between messages, I'm not able to reach certain people that I had started a conversation with. This is issue is going for more than a week now and I already tried installing and reinstalling it, clearing catch and data, tried both app (pro), nothing works. Waiting on action to get this issue ASAP, and a quick attention from customer service. Very unsatisfied so far.
3 ★This app is technically so bad, it is a pain to use it. It is super slow, freezes each time when you open the messages, does not move the cursor back in a message, did I say inceedibly slow? It's like an app from 8 years ago. But, the quality of people is somewhat better than other platforms.

4 ★For past 2 weeks the app crashes whenever I try to reply or send a message to Luxy members. It is very annoying. And in general the app is not smooth at all. It's interface is super slow not fluid at all like other competitor apps. I am using this app on android and I have sent this issue via email too. This is not how a "millionaire match" app should work.. 🙄 Edit : Luxy app team has fixed my issue and now it is working fine. Thanks
