4 ★Please add google tv version, or allow stream from mobile to Google tv, not screencast (requires open mobile phone screen) but casting from within the mobile app, as in netflix or prime which leaves the mobile free to use otherwise.

2 ★Hi. I have only been using this for two days after having the camera system installed. It works fine for me on both mobile data and WiFi. I have a few points I would like to refer to from my usage so far, 1)When opening the app you then have to click on the top right hand screen icon to open the selection screen. Why is that, why does it not just go straight to the cameras screen? 2) On the second screen you then have to put a dot in the screen with your system cameras name on it, again, Why? 3) Then you have to hit the "Load Live Preview" button, once again why is this? 4) Sound is Off by default? If you buy a camera system that has sound built in, then why do you have to Un-Mute the sound? Can't this be set to ON by default please? 5) Exiting the program should just be via the Back Key on the mobile, just like the other apps, but it shouldent need a "Are you sure" confirmation though. Making these alterations would make this app much more user friendly and easier to use with an overall better user experience. It would be nice if this was implemented. I tried emailing the company with these suggestions and got nothing at all back from them, how rude. They do know that it's peoples suggestions and feedback that make things better don't they? It's a pity companies are like this in this day and age, it is also how company's go out of business by ignoring their users / customers, that's why I only give 2 stars. I'm going to look for an alternative app
1 ★As many users, I do not receive push notification when my phone is asleep but I receive them once I wake it up so I miss all the people at my door! I do not have this issue with other apps. I have a VTO2111 and an android 8 smartphone. EDIT: It is even worse with the new application of Dec 25., 2018. You can no longer subscribe to alarms with a local device on the wired LAN! You need P2P.
4 ★App works, not so intuitive to pair device, also the subscribe feature to get notifications is hard to find
1 ★Works only on WiFi Connection, updates mess up more things with lists of cameras, please provide update with fixes, not with more glitches.. Before this problem with "WiFi only" the app was great, there was a chance to watch remotely for a choosen period of day and time. Hope to be fixed asap, oder wisely I have to look for different app for my needs.
1 ★It was great to start with but seems to get worse with every update. When I get a notification I open it up and it loads my live view ok but when I go to playback to see what has triggered the notification I get "Failed to connect". If I go through the app to my message centre again I get "Failed to connect". I'm getting really frustrated with it. Not much point to the app and cameras if I can't actually playback the videos.

1 ★I can only see live when I'm connected to WiFi, this was never a problem before its now started to happen. Anyone else finding this ?
1 ★No notification messages for weeks now which makes the true value of this app useless. Not the first time since I've been relying on it. Is there another app that can be used that would work more reliably?
