4 ★This is a very good app. I bought the full version as I wanted to be able to use the full works. However, it will not accept an image to my profile! Which is the only major issue so far. Otherwise it's good, useful and comprehensive.
5 ★Great app! Super easy to use and look at history . My daughter has an immune deficiency, and gets sick quite often. It is very difficult to remember every symptom and how often she gets sick. This helps me accurately the report symptoms and illnesses to the doctors.
4 ★So glad they fixed the bugs. Very helpful app. Love that we can add disease or symptoms. Would like more diseases added to the developer's database. Medications section could be more helpful, such as time of day taken, allowing multiple doses of the same medication, efc.
2 ★Great idea, sucky app. This app would be awesome - if it worked. It won't allow you to add your own treatments or symptoms even though they provide a box to do so, there's not a way to actually enter it. It doesn't show what you've entered on the saved page for added treatments. It Froze at first use.
3 ★Be sure you click on the tiny plus sign part of the symptom or medication if you actually want to include a time when you report something. Would give 5 stars if it would remind you when it's time for another dose of medicine (like ibuprofen for fever) ETA: can't enter custom info. I can type it in but no way to save entry (enter button just acts as carriage return)
4 ★This will not use symptoms to make diagnosis and there are a lot of symptoms and conditions missing. You can't add details to most conditions even in the paid version (ex time of day first reported). Limited colour selection for tracking a family. Overall it sites what is expected and not much else, and that's ok
4 ★Its not a perfect app, but it does its job well. Unfortunately some basic features (adding a text note) are behind a pay wall, but the base features work and work well. Developers seem to be readily responding to emails, too.

2 ★I opened this app yesterday morning when I was filling out paperwork prior to my son's appointment. I put his insurance info in the notes section, and I needed it. When I got to the appointment, I opened the app again so I could list his meds for the nurse, and EVERY CATEGORY; meds, surgeries, allergies, were replaced by his insurance id number.I know I didn't sit here and change everything. Do you know how long it took me to enter all that information? I won't trust this app again!
2 ★I just downloaded this app at 4:31PM (it's now 6:36PM). I have health conditions and wanted a good app to track everything daily per drs orders. So I found this app right as I was having a flare up that needed to be documented. I created my profile and went to add a note for today and it keeps telling me the free promotion has ended and I need to upgrade to add a note to a day, timed symptoms. I can't do anything and I don't want to pay for a product I can't even test for a few days let alone a few hours
4 ★A bit primitive, but it does the job like nothing else will do. Paid version has all the features you could want. Thank you for making a non-flashy and functional app!
3 ★Really great app. It sounds amazing. If I could get the app to stop closing on me. With about 20 trays and 2 days I've only gotten to my symptoms and I get halfway through that and all the sudden the app closes. Very frustrating! I can change my review once this is taken care of. I'm really excited to use this app. It will help me alot.
