2 ★Difficult to navigate and has trouble loading some pages, especially when using my phone's back button while shopping different categories. Also way too easy to give the wrong tip amount for delivery drivers. And don't like that there is no "Show Password" option on the login screen. If it weren't for the rewards, I wouldn't use the app at all.
2 ★This app has got to be one of the worst ones I have. The rewards take forever to load. I have to press the load button 10 times before it's loaded on to my account. It glitches all the time, and I'm constantly getting a "ruh roh" error message. Whenever I use the scan a barcode option, the app just closes out. I've honestly never seen so many glitches. In addition to all this, when I click apply all my rewards, it always leaves some behind. My subtotal is way more than the amount of rewards.
2 ★I use this app for the vital reward perks that are only available through it. However, I find it to be incredibly slow and buggy. For example, often when I try to pull up the dog food I want to buy it tells me something went wrong and to try again. But, retry does nothing. I end up adding the products to my cart using the website then only use the app to check out. Overall it is a very frustrating experience.
3 ★I've always had trouble with the app! Long ago and recently.Trying to save money and order online but then my coupons wouldn't apply. You save $10 off of $50 if you do same-day delivery but it switches one of the items to shipment instead of same-day delivery. Then you find out that same day delivery is by doordash so you need to leave a tip.I figure I'll split my savings with them, but then right before I hit order I see it switched it back to an 18% tip.Had to do custom again, hopefully right
1 ★Sadly I have a lot of problems with ordering through the app. Almost every time I tap on an item it says there's something wrong and to try again in a little bit. Then I have to back out and tap again and it'll work. A few times my cart has been cleared while I'm shopping so I have to re-add everything. And for some reason I cannot buy the 40lb of litter through the app but I can easily get it through the website.
1 ★Crashes a lot. I got through my order eventually so I guess it's all right, but I was pretty close to giving up. Edit: bought the premium rewards program before I made my initial review, didn't realize it was an annual commitment even though I paid monthly (that's on me for not reading), but I cancelled because we switched to a food brand they don't carry and the litter discount isn't working anymore. So now I'm paying for something I get no benefit from through April and the app is still awful.
3 ★The app is glitchy. I have to refresh pages to make things show up often and sometimes add things twice just to get them to show up in my cart. Also, get rid of the location for curbside pickup, PLEASE. Most stores around me are ignoring their notifications because they're in a mall area and people are often actually shopping at a different store. When you actually arrive, you have to wait around until you get annoyed enough to walk in or call (and hope someone picks up if it's busy).
2 ★I want to love the app, I want to use it freely and be able to take advantage of the ease of it, but it's honestly a mess. Very buggy, freezes up. Just loading Pals rewards can take five or six tries at times (almost always atleast 2 or 3). I also HATE how it forces you to use it. If I'm on the website, it's for a reason, don't open things I click on in the app, the app doesn't give me the same info as the website. Would be a lot better with an option to open on app, or keep using browser button
1 ★I do not know why ALL of our purchases do not display in the app. I log in every time I'm in the store. Tonight I tried several times to update the photo in our puppy's profile. It errored out, put a red exclamation point by his name (which I hadn't messed with), and said "Invalid Entries." It seems buggy and I hope you are able to fix the issues.
1 ★I cannot believe how unbelievably poor this app is. It's almost as if they were trying to create a poor all-around experience. It's fundamentally bad. Just horrible. It barely works. Artificially limits your choices based on your choice of stores and half the time when I try to view a product, I get the "Ru-roh" error page. I bet they off-shored it and they got what they paid for.
2 ★Vital care section never loads. Buggy app, exactly like others say, it's especially annoying when trying to use it while in the store and can't do much. I thought it was my previous phone, I'm on a new phone and having the exact same experience. I'm also constantly getting "something went wrong, please try again later" Pretty much a useless app.
3 ★While the home area is fairly easy to navigate once you start searching for specific types of products it can sometimes be difficult to find. The app has constant freezing and crashes occasionally. Becarful upon check out if you use Klarna. I hit confirm order and was given a prompt to cancel or retry as an item the app claimed was in stock was not. I Altered my order 3 times and ran into same issue so gave up. Money was taken and place on hold by Klarna anyway. Getting refund just inconvenient
