1 ★Terrible, one of the worst apps. If you take a shot of the screen to log it normally fails to recognise it... even if no glare or in focus. No way of adding the failed captures manually. A waste of my gym fee. SERCO and ASHFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL should be ashamed. Would be great if wifi or a signal could be found in my gym and the staff were trained by the lazy managers of how to use it to claim the rewards. Barcode does not work with the broken (its never worked) entry system.
5 ★complete app giving you freedom of booking classes to sending a guest pass. even the e-membership card let you in through the doors for studio access. Few improvements could be made. 1. reminder notification of booked classes would be awesome. 2. a bit more info for each classes hope at one point they will include these features.
5 ★Love this app. Keep track of my progress and I set my own personal goals that are realistic to me!! The challenges are a lot of fun to join and the app records your progress for you once you've uploaded a workout!! Easy peasy!!
4 ★I like the app, great to keep you motivated, shame it doesn't count scuba diving as exercise, when they are logged in an app that is synced to it - minor issue, but calorie burn when diving is quite high! For all other activities it seems to work exceptionally well.
1 ★Rubbish have to use web to check swimming times at other locations, negates the use of app. Unwieldy before updates (had to go into profile and change things) raised this with support, but now impossible it's. I don't think developers understand the needs of users. Couldn't recommend it. Uninstalled. ..

5 ★Wonderful app to use especially when recording fitness its very helpful . Another bonus in this app when you set out goals or trying to book in any session its easily done via this app than waiting in a queue.
1 ★Terrible app useless doesn't let you log in!!! Went to the gym and they even checked all details correct, still could not log in. Waste of time. Another flop by Birmingham City Council, useless seriously. Zero star really not even one, you have to give it one star to post reviews but zero star
1 ★infuriating and useless. Sends you around in circles asking you to link the account then nothing. ive tried reinstalling several times and im taking it off permanently now. Ill never get the hour back that was supppsed to save me time!
2 ★It will not allow seconds when recording workouts. So you have to round up or down to nearest minute. Some exercises have minimum minutes so if you do less, then you can't record it
5 ★Been using this app for about a week no problems so far it updates my workouts and points are added with no issues one thing I would like to see is more fitness devices added I have a xiaomi mi band 4 that I can't connect to the app the only way I track my activities is by using strava or using the equipment at my local gym
