How to install TXU Energy APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★This app is, well, basically USELESS! It does not show me any information except the bar graph at the bottom of the page. No other information is available. If there's another app out there that actually works, let me know. Update, I'm still not able to use any of the app., other than use it to see the information still on there even after my calling this last week. Nothing has changed! Next billing, well, let's just say I'm UNINSTALLING the app! Well out of room for negative comments !
1 ★Yeah yeah. The finger print sign in is cool but is useless to me because THE APP CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO MAKE A PAYMENT! Seriously. That's the only reason why I downloaded it in the first place. In that case I'll just go back to using the site and typing my password in every time.

1 ★Yeah scratch everything I said before. The app doesnt work at all. Great job guys. It worked the first time I logged in and now it just wont load. I get a white screen with the TXU logo and thats it. It froze my entire phone and glitched so bad I wont be using it again. I will just use your website.
1 ★I love this app, but recently when I click on the app it opens but doesn't remember my password, which I have to re-enter again, and then when it goes to the main page its blank nothing show not my bill or estimates but a blank page. I tried uninstalling and downloading but nothing. I check if it needed to be updated and it was already updated. Can you please respond with a resolution?

I tried doing this because the automatic system has declined my card the the 7 times which i have been using for the last year to pay my bill. Yes, i have reported it, still not fix after 3 month. I was hoping this would be easier and solved my problem but i was wrong.
1 ★There is always a Error Problem. I dont see the point of having this app if there is always something wrong with it. I can never sign in to view my bill or to pay it. TXU just need to either take the app down or figure out how fix this issue ASAP. It's not good for business

Keep your thermostat at their recommended settings,go inside the app,fill in the blanks,then wait and watch your bill stay lower and affordable. You have nothing to lose, except your money. Please try this, it works. James
2 ★I don't like the updates. Nothing is where I think it should be and it is hard to work. Loaded quickly but took me forever to find what I was looking for. Also had to call to get a list of places to make a payment since they do not take my new prepaid. I guess they will never make on my auto pay list.
1 ★This app has serious problems. I can't access old bills or payments I've made. This review automatically had a star and will not allow me to remove it. I give it ABSOLUTELY zero stars. Txu has been around too long and has too much money to have an app so faulty. I know you guys have the money to hire better computer techs to make your apps. I can't even pull up bills from 2019. I have been charged almost $800 between January and March of 2020. And can't get anyone to explain.
3 ★The app used to be great but it's changed recently and will not show an estimated bill amount on the initial screen. Iloved that part! I could check my bill whenever I wanted but now....It's just blank! And says to wait til you have your first bill to check it.....? I've been with TXU for YEARS!! What happened!? Fix it please!!!!
1 ★App displays blank screens most of the time. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I guessed and added extra to pay and cover my bill because I couldn't see it. Now my power is turned off and I'm having trouble figuring out why. Gee, thanks crappy app devolepers for putting me in the dark and ruining the food in my fridge.
