Description
男子高校生の立花瀧は、ある朝、目を覚ますと飛騨の山奥の女子高生宮水三葉になっていました。
一方、三葉は瀧の身体になっていました。
ふたりはその後もたびたび「入れ替わり」が
起きたことによって、
夢ではなく実在の誰かと入れ替わっていることに
気づきます。
ふたりとも束の間の入れ替わりを楽しみながら、
次第に打ち解けていくのですが、
その入れ替わりは突然途絶えてしまいます。
そこで瀧は飛騨に向かうのですが、
たどり着いた糸守町は、
3年前に隕石の衝突により消滅しており、
三葉やその家族、友人も含む住民500人以上が
死亡していたことが判明します。
ここからストーリーは切ない
そしてスリリングな展開になり
ふたりは不思議な運命に翻弄され、
