3 ★I have tried them all. This one works best for me. Has all the features you can think of. Syncs with my fitness pal. Syncs between devices. Supports all sensors. Very Happy. *** That was my old review, since then using strava for a bit realised that runtastic is missing many social features leaderboards, friends feeds. You can't even see your friends and their activity. Feels very lonely. But Runtastic still has the best user interface, love that I can switch between different live parameters on the go e.g. speed, cadence, hr, various averages etc. 3 stars for not hsving social features.
3 ★Nice app. Very poor customer support. Automated email telling you to check out the (very sparse) help section or raise a ticket to contact customer services. No instructions on how to raise a ticket though. I want to know if the wahoo rpm cadence sensor is compatible. I suspect only speed PLUS cadence sensors are compatible. Literally every other competitor can contect the new widely used magnetless sensors. So stars lost for poor customer service and lack of sensor hardware support. Nice design, map with customisable stats over the top is a real bonus that others are missing, but until they improve compatability with sensors, there are apps just as good and even for free.
4 ★The app is great overall.. but I have one issue with this app. Whenever I open this app it automatically changes the distance units from metric(km) to imperial(mi) and that becomes an issue if I forget to change it. The app is good overall but a little improvement is needed in the voice coach and auto resume things. Please help me with the unit change thing.
1 ★No option to turn off the low gps warning/naggging. The constant nagging is unnecessary. No export all function (has an import all function) - main reason for rating. Tries to sneakily lock you in without any way to export your data out. Cant import or export from phone. NO widget support - not even a simple start stop. Update: 2018, still no meaningful update since my last review.
2 ★Great app, but be careful with your premium membership. It auto renews, and if you don't pay they won't just suspend your service. They'll let you keep it with an outstanding balance and eventually threaten to go to collections. I had to contact support to get it cancelled, as doing it myself didn't work.
1 ★It just doesn't work on Mi phones. Please don't install the free version or buy the pro version. It doesn't sync with GPS in a city!!!! If you aren't sure how to waste your time and money please purchase this app. The app company doesn't even bother to reply. I've tried everything... Uninstalled and installed it again it just doesn't work
1 ★Poor experience with this app. Couldn't log in, either by logging in through Google or setting up an account. The app said I didn't have network connectivity (on both WiFi and mobile data), but I can still submit this review. I checked app permissions and everything relevant was allowed. Cleared app data, cleared cache - still not fixed. I was looking forward to using this app, but left disappointed.
1 ★I wanted to get help from Runtastic but can't figure out how to do that. I used to love this app. Bought and used Pro for several years and loved it. Now for some reason the cadence is wildly innacurate. While pedaling at a steady pace the display will fluctuate 20-30 rpm. Bought a new cadence sensor but still same problem. My others apps work fine. Just this one is like this. I would love help fixing this so I can love this app again.
3 ★Didn't manage to download any map at first try, app crashes frequently during download. Also, on the downloaded opencycle map, there's an annoying watermark "API key required".
1 ★Bad app, i have runtastic road pro app, but if i open this app and closed the display phone, this app closed too. I have samsung galaxy A510. And the solution, I am install the another free app bicyling.
