1 ★Worst service. They call you constantly to subscribe and when you do there are no appropriate matches. Still they have audacity to call you to take the 16k package where they will find the matches and contact them for you. When you refuse this they will make you feel so small saying you will never find anyone on your own and you will definitely need their help. Once the subscription ends they will again call you endlessly in working hours, on weekends to convince you to subscribe again. PATHETIC
1 ★This is no class application, if there is minus star rating available, after that I can't get even minus star rating to this application. I am getting one star because when I can get one star to this application after that I can only post this my ratings. I can get premium membership of Rs. 2790, and I fill, I can do biggest mistake in my whole life. And the most big bug in this application is, when you can visit any profile, the requeste is automatically sent to visiting profile.

1 ★I thought this application is good compared to others available in market but I was wrong.I have paid thrice for their gold+ membership and based on my experience I'm writing this. 1.why this site allows to members to create their account without submitting ID proof..as it's cause trouble to all genuine members. 2.When I tried to delete my account by choosing 3rd option Unsatisfactory experience with my comment it's not allowed me to delete it .weird experience. My data shared with other seems.

Nonetheless their are some issues, for instance it's not so descriptive to create and make profile also app can't show exact matching points in horoscope. After sales service is also lacking with support from there side while using their paid service. But, it's good to connect with profiles instead of following conventional matrimonial paths.
1 ★I want my rights for editing my personal details in free . Why, first you get all details then for edit your profile u want primium member ship. You directly cheat people's like this. Don't download the app friends. First they fill all your personal info , dob, edu. Height...and more then when u click to edit ther is no chance, it show fro member ship like started from 3000rs to 15000rs .
3 ★Leading app requires improvements. Repeated profiles are sent again and again. When you get acceptance messages from paid VIP/PREMIUM profiles REPLY & CONTACT NUMBER SHOULD BE DELIVERED. They ask you to pay for chating again and again from free registered members. Once VIP/Premium members have already paid then why denying to chat preferred profiles? PAID MEMBERS SHOULD GET EASY ACCESS TO CHAT AND CONTACT. They want to collect money from each and every member. Be Aware. Take Care.
