1 ★Money Hungry 😋🤣 Now you have to pay to even see the profiles who visited you , lost here I tried premium for two months , it was okayish, very less profiles and most of them come from a specific geographical location. Most of the people after accepting ghost out after a few talks. Not recommended, try offline matrimony mandals.
1 ★I wouldn't recommend you buying the premium version. There database has either depleted or there are no new users joining them. There is this event that happened an hour of matchmaking in which there app had crashed. Not worthy to invest 3000rs for a premium account.
3 ★Downgrading the rating to 3 points since from past 4-5 months hardly any profile shows in my matches section. After contacting helpdesk they asked me relax filters for location which bombarded with irrelevant profiles. It is very pathetic and unsatisfying experience and seems like there is no improvement and action taken.
1 ★Useless App Disappointing experience. This app falls short in delivering real value. Instead of aiding in finding a match, it's just a scroll-through with no results. Seems more focused on revenue than genuine connections. Better off seeking family help.
1 ★I am not able to logged in. I tried reinstalling the application. But getting the same error - Something went wrong. But what's went wrong there is no further support or any way to raise this issue to their team. Worst support system.
1 ★Kindly don't pay on this app, no new profiles will be shown after payment. Same old profiles will be shown repeatedly. And no response from manager side. I have taken membership with manager but, I think manager is least interested in his job or their site doesn't have any profiles according to our criteria. Then guys make sure , u have open criteria if u want to take subscription of jeevansathi. All the best!👍
1 ★I personally used it and that's why i am reviewing it honestly. The most of the profiles here are doesn't a little bit interested in marriage. They came here just for the sake of enjoyment, sort term relationship just for fun They are using this platform like a tinder. That's the only i can say. And all the information they provide will be a big lie. I Don't know who the person gets a match from here. It's like a totally waste of time. People will play with your sentiment. Better don't use it.
1 ★This application is a total fraud...full of loopholes...they activate autorenew your membership suscription without taking prior permission from the customer and deduct money from your account on their own and even if you try to connect with their customer care executive they will not solve your issue....as i am the paid member i am totally dissatisfied with this application and suggest everyone to not to installed this app...as they even didnt listened to their paid members...

If the selfie and govt I'd verification is mandatory it sould be done while creating the profile not when customer already paid for the premium and already communication with someone. I can see notification but can't access them. Due to internet issue my verification was also not completed twice. Marriage such a sensetive matter and these people are playing with other's life simply to grow their business. It was my mistake I didn't look to the reviews bofite installing the app
1 ★Total waste of time and money. Once you buy pro they don't even respond to any call requesting help with any issues. Use to be nice long time back before changes were made to their app interface.
2 ★The matches it recommends is of no accurate. When we have selected a specific diet preference, it still shows all matches. Very irritating.Please fix this.

It's just there to attract customers.If we get a request and we frequently come online, we open it atleast once and check.But even after coming online again and again, these people neither see your request nor see your message.And in this app they have not kept any such option through which we will know that the other person has seen our request.
