A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Overall not bad but the financial saving estimate is absolutely ridiculous. Even if it's using London bar prices it's excessive. Fog me it's around 10 times the actual saving.
2 ★I've just uninstalled it as I don't find it useful. On a Monday you can't go into the previous week and make changes, so if you forget to log Saturday and Sunday it doesn't count them. Also, you can't log what you're drinking each time.
3 ★So basically if you drink 5 bottles of wine a week it cost £78! Meaning each bottle is £15.60, the app is fine, but your data is well off haha
5 ★No excess data, sensible options, I use it myself and recommend it to my health care clients. I have noticed the calorie/£ saving calculator is nonsense since it does not consider what you drink instead, eg alcohol free beer . As for the "you drink more than x% of m/f of your age". This should be taken with a pinch of salt. People often under report their consumption. Also new super low target unit level used rather than older 21 or 18 unit levels, meaning very optimistic target.
5 ★It's simple which is great for me as I only wanted to focus on cutting down. That said, I'm amazed by how much it has helped me to be more mindful of when and how much I drink. As a result I've managed to cut down massively, more than I'd planned to even. If you think you might need more support I'd probably try DrinkAware or one of the other apps. But if you just want a tracker to help you focus on alcohol reduction I'd definitely recommend.
4 ★Just downloaded on a recommendation. Like the look & sumplicity of the app BUT... Have been doing Dry January, I started on Jan 4th but can see no way to record my drink free days for the first week from 4/1 ☹️
4 ★Simple interface and easy to use and has helped me cut down. Main problem is that historical data is not recorded properly and/or is too rigid - I have reached my drink free days target 4 weeks in a row (since I started) but it only credits 1 week, either because I swapped drink free days after pledging or it simply doesn't recognise the historical data. Agree with others that a unit tracker on drinking days and cost editing would improve the app.
3 ★Good app BUT the cost calculation is not realistic. One motivation to reduce my drinking is to save money. My 6 bottles of standard wine per week are calculated at £72 or £12 a bottle. I have never spent £12 a bottle except in a restaurant. Since most of my drinking is at home I buy from the supermarket so the calculation should be nearer £6/7 on average.
2 ★I really like the way this app keeps a record of how much money I have saved, very motivating. However, it really annoys me that if I forget to add a few days and it goes in to the next week I can't go back and Mark them off. This means I can't keep an accurate record which debates the object. If there is a way to do this I can't seem to find it.
3 ★This is a good app for tracking drink free days and is simple and easy to use. My one issue with it is the motivational quotes and tips. They are very repetitive and limited. Sometimes the same one is repeated on the same day. There must be literally millions of quotes and tips out there to support an alcohol-free/moderate drinking lifestyle and it seems a bit lazy on the developers side not to improve that section.
4 ★Interesting app , its all to easy to have a little one after work, but doing the pledge ,strangely , makes you want to stick to itt - i love the silent cheer when youve done your weeks pledge and its good to lookback at your drink free days. Funny - when its holiday time and you are actually not inputting your drink free days - you get an alert saying 'weve not heard from you for a while',. Makes me 😂 . Its simple but very very subtle - i like it !!
5 ★I've found it much better for what I need than other app's. I like to be able to star off every day I don't have a drink. It also gives a pretty accurate review of how much I've saved and how many calories I haven't consumed. It could maybe use some better stop drinking tasks that other app's use such as calming videos and quizzes exploring why you drink in the first place.
