It also keeps your goal out of the few notifications it does send so that others can't see what you're trying to quit if they see your phone. Overall great app! 10/10 would recommend!

Helped me track my progress while I quite some bad habits that I had been in battle with for 10+ years. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who's wanting to start a new chapter in their life; some things need to be left behind, forever.
4 ★Liking it a lot but missing a bit of customization options. Simple tracker with a nice calendar in the UI that visualizes progress well. The app delivers almost exactly what I needed - except that I would like the "goal" timespan to be customizable. I'm doing my habit breaking in 60-90 day intervals like my habit building, since that's enough to build or break a habit. Right now the closest one in the app is one month or three months - missing the two month option completely. Anyway, great app!

4 ★Love the app just weird how an NSFW ad popped up on an app for addictions? That can easily be someone's very reason for relapsing. I'm not sure if you're able to control what type of ads show up on your app, but if you are able to control that, please keep inappropriate ads from showing. The whole purpose of this app is to help people with addictions, so it would be horrible if you're able to control what type of ads show up on your app and still allow provoking ads to show.
3 ★This app is good for tracking my progress and motivating me to quit bad habits but I really don't like how the app limits you in certain aspects like having to pay premium if I want to add extra progress trackers to quit more bad habits of mine or if I want to add more notes. Either way, it gets the job done.

2 ★This app has not been updated and developed for a very long time. I had a backup before. However, notes or other things were not included in the backup. Only the days and the names of addictions are available! Others don't back up!
