2 ★The reason I use this app is bcs the others dont have this one restaurant within my delivery range.
1 ★Worst experience. The oder was ready at the restaurant but no one picked up for delivery. In the end restaurant people called me for the address and delivered.
1 ★Never use Smood. Unless, of course, you want cold food that arrives an hour late :/
1 ★It said it would take 15 minutes and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes!
2 ★Shows great promise, but I prefer uber eats/eat.ch [[Pros]] The app shows pictures for all restaurants, which is excellent. / Delivery drivers are much more well mannered and intelligent / Can deliver from further away / Customer service is quick [[Cons]] Orders are usually delayed by at least 15 minutes / It's too easy to accidentally order, I've done it twice now! / I received a 'free delivery' notification for a shop which was closed. / Sometimes lists closed restaurants as open.
3 ★Great until it's not... The app works relatively well and so does the service, but there are a few issues. The biggest is that if you do a mistake with your order, the app tells you to solve it by calling them. The call is 1 CHF per minute (!). I waited for 5 and then the call ended without me speaking to anyone. On the website, however, there's a live chat, and 30 minutes after I wrote there, I got a solution... Also, if a delivery person calls, it's from their own number, often French (costly)
1 ★App is worse now than in its previous versions !!!! Takes ages to open ... Ages to order, and you' re lucky if I the food arrives with less than 35 minutes delay ...And when you need a quick intervention from the customer service, you need to pay 0.99 cents a minute for the call !!!!! Too bad, it was a good idea, but you' ve missed the goal.
1 ★Doesnt work. API connection error, voucher code error, so many errors. Not a single order made successfully. Dont waste your time!
1 ★I probably used this service more than 50 times. The app and services are poor. 25% of the times you will have to contact the after sales service to be reimburse because something was missing or was wrong. Reimbursement process is poor too and you will often have to contact their after sales service more than once to be reimbursed. Unfortunately their competitors in CH are no better. Let's hope that someday a bigger and more professional company like amazon comes along and eat the market.
2 ★There is no menu for saved favorite restaurants, cannot find them anywhere! So many bugs in this app...
2 ★Expensive delivery fees. Way expensive. App is clunky and they send notifications of order status to you via email, creating a lot of spam. Too bad they have better restaurants than Uber eats, otherwise I'd have never used them. Still, I only use them when I feel I have money to throw down the drain in delivery fees.
3 ★The list of restaurants is good but I cannot send a message to my delivery driver or add a note to the order. I can not edit my address or add a note to it for example door code or floor number. This is very basic stuff, very disappointed.
