Its a very very very simple (and unofficial) android live wallpaper of a minimalist picture based on Vinyl Scratch from the My Little Pony series.
App includes little music notes coming from the headphones and well thats it (there may also be a little easter egg).
To use: Long press on your current wallpaper, go to your live wallpaper settings of your current phone launcher and apply this live wallpaper.
