2 ★Something has broken in the latest update. Keep getting message that can't downgrade database from version 7 to 5. Cannot view or make appointments. Always been very happy with this app before, used it for years.

1 ★I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Android phone, which I know is outdated, but it still works so why not use it, right? Anyway, this app crashes after a few seconds, as soon as I press something, it crashes. It's annoying!

5 ★Like the idea that I won't experience as much drama making a booking as I've had in the past. Like that my official ''Total donations' are visible to me. Badging is a simple, but pleasant and effective method of acknowledging milestones - yet to see how this will work.

5 ★So nice to be able to book and change appointments so quickly!

5 ★Fixed now, after a month of being broken. Still not quite right though.... Total donations is not rendering properly, the graphic layering is wrong, only part of the number can be seen where the graphics overlap due to the white font on white background.

1 ★Bit clunky to use, would like to be able to see my blood type, or how long until making another donation, and future locations for donations would be handy too - perhaps even a donation centres near me function, this would be good if a usual donation spot doesn't offer plasma donation facilities. Would also be easier to use if I could go in from the main page to see anything rather than a secondary menu.

3 ★Good app, but unfortunately notifications settings don't save after you set them - it would have been nice to know when my blood was used but the setting can't be saved!

2 ★Can no longer book an appointment. When I open the app I get, 'Can't downgrade database from version 7 to 5'. Was fine before newest update!

1 ★Unable to make an appointment and was not working. So i uninstalled the app,and tried to reinstall. That didn't work either. What is happening?

1 ★I've repeatedly uninstalled and re- installed this app. i have version 1.5.4 but it doesn't seem to have the dashboard or all the functionality that it should.
