3 ★Harrowing. It took almost two hours to find all the products and select them cuz it took forever for each category to load. I tried to pay online with credit card information that I regularly pay with, and each time it failed. It was only when I decided to make payment at the door that my order was accepted. Completely buggy. The only time that I would ever use this app is now when we're in the middle of an epidemic, otherwise absolutely never again.
1 ★The Sort by Categories function doesn't work so there's no way to compare items. The Sort by Best Value doesn't sort by anything. The app itself frequently doesn't work. It doesn't include all the items in the store. Products are substituted without notice, even when marked Do Not Substitute. Please make it so we can pick our own default for Substitutions. Nobody called to ask about Substitutions anyway. Wouldn't let me leave more than 2 words in the Notes section. Wouldn't let me pay online.
3 ★Good experience for ordering, payments online and upon arrival, adding products is pretty smooth. However you can't edit your orders, add or remove items, change your delivery date. For a grocery store I'd consider this to be an essential feature. Also items may be removed if you switch from one store to another. If you go back, items are not added, you have to find them and add again
4 ★I've been ordering online for over 10 years, very practical. The only peeve I have is that, (being aware of the situation now), delivery is longer...which I have absolutely no problem with...the problem I have is that the prices should be honored from the date the order was placed. My order was completed and up pops new pricing because of the delivery date!!! Not cool.
1 ★Awful design, extremely tedious to use. Such a small amount of items on screen at a glance, takes longer to grocery shop from the couch than driving over filling your own cart, bagging yourself and driving back home. Always items missing in the deliveries and the stores never bother to call and ask for substitution. Without a global pandemic I would never finish an order with this app and I'd simply drive to a competitor.
3 ★if you're faster than then the app or if you put certain items in your cart, the app doesn't function anymore and it forces itself to close. and you have to guess what is wrong and go to the website itself to delete items and if it's in your other lists then you're fuqed. - and I just reinstalled twice and it still isnt working. and most times the pictures aren't available when you click on the product and details of item isnt there. and dont bother emailing them, email isnt real.
3 ★So many products are not available on this app. Instead of adding amounts one at a time.. 1+ 1+ 1.. it would be easier if we could just enter the required amount. A metric converter. A comment section as you order not at the end of the order. If I have the app registered to my account, why do I need to fill in the same info everytime I order? The choice of which store, method of payment should be stored along with my account info, all I should have to choose is delivery time.
2 ★App looks good and has neat features, but has a major bug, whenever I try to import my cart into a list, the app crashes. I cannot share lists either, leading me to believe that the entire list option is broken (at least on my device). Lists is the most important feature to me, hence the low note.
1 ★System not user friendly, glitching. I used my computer to do grocery. I waited 53 minutes then got disconnected, I retried and then waited 57 min. I did my grocery and when came timw to open an account, I did. Then it said it will send a email confirmation. Waited, waited, refreshed and nothing came in. Tried to log in didn't allow asked me to created account. I did... But nothing. So got the app. Allows me to log in but is loading for past 10 min. In times like these why make it harder😭
5 ★There have been a few glitches lately due to the present circumstances. This week the fact of an hour not being available worked. I think during the period of Coved-19 you should just take the hour and even possibly the day out. We just send our order in and it comes when it gets here. Perhaps they call before they start assembling the order to make sure we are here and can arrange pick up. That would be my solution. Maybe themorning your oder is goung to he done they make a call.
1 ★Cannot delete items! It reappears EVERY TIME, I'm out of patience with this app!!! Sometimes my whole cart disappears or I fight with the app to remove items in it, other times articles appear in my cart.. FIX ASAP you are about to lose a very good customer for years!!
4 ★This app is *almost* perfect: if you change the search criteria it does not count items already in your cart. For example, if I order milk on the front page then change the search to "past purchases", I will not get a prompt that I already have the "front page milk" in the cart. I ended up with 2kgs of kiwis that way...
