「おもてなし英会話入門」は、日本で外国人との応対に自信をもって臨めるようになるための英会話講座です。外国からのお客様を日本で接客・接遇する32シーンを厳選し、「おもてなしの心得」に基づいた192のおもてなしフレーズを学びます。フレーズのトレーニングは、主にCDを使って「聴く」「まねる」、そして瞬時に英語に訳す「瞬発」の3ステップで行います。英語表現だけでなく、おもてなしをする際の注意点なども学びながら楽しく学習できる通信講座です。
■「おもてなしフレーズ総復習」の特徴
・「学習モード」で1週間ごとに挑戦できます。
・音声認識サービス（Google）があなたの発音を判定します。
・「学習履歴」には、挑戦した日ごとに問題数と正解数が表示されます。
・「学習結果」に×が表示された問題に直接再チャレンジもできます。
・表示、発声された日本語のフレーズを英語に訳して言ってください。
・発音に関する認識は、あくまでGoogleの音声認識サービスを利用しておりますので、当協会がその正確性を保証するものではありません。あくまでもフレーズを覚えるためのゲームとお考えください。
■「おもてなしフレーズ総復習」の使い方
・外国人のイラストともに日本語が表れ、音声も流れます。
・問題画面にあるマイクボタンを押すことによって、音声認識が開始されます。
・表示、発声された日本語のフレーズを英語に訳して言ってください。
・15秒後、または「Done」を押すことによって、判定が開始されます。
・通信講座のテキストと同じ英文が言えたと判定されると右上にOKマークが表示されます。
・OKマークが20％ごとに「おもてなし指数」としてトップ画面に表示されます。
・挑戦後のプレイボタンを押すと、回答英文を何度でも聞くことができます。
・音声認識サービス（Google）によって、なかなか認識されづらい発音もありますが、なんとか根性で100％を目指しましょう！
