Правила очень просты. В приложении работает поиск, и можно найти любого игрока по его нику. После этого можно посмотреть, в каком он городе, либо, если ты сам знаешь, в каком городе находится игрок, ты можешь его определить в нужный город и увидеть, на каком месте он там находится. Если ты не хочешь, чтобы твой город менял кто-либо кроме тебя самого, ты можешь авторизоваться, и после авторизации твой город сможешь менять уже только ты сам.
