Description

DHP App is used by field teams to measure the Line parameters of a DSL connection. It is an integrated App which takes data from multiple sources like OSS, Network Analyser, internal database etc. Users can fill online SCR Form and also check their respective details in History Module. One of the key objectives is to provide a secured and intuitive user interface to the end users.

How to install DHP APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★This application is horrible. I think first of all you have to test it different sizes of screens and differ androids n different companies if not at least give some option for feedback to get improved. First of all remove a serious bug(when application open or close it remove all the saved WiFi) my question hadn't you give a try on your phone for dhp because everyone complaint about same issue. And 2nd thing it don't show any submit button(you would be kinda{what??} Me kinda:is it a real application??) 3rd thing how will we get sign from customer on phone? from their finger movementS?? Isn't this too much awkward??? Think about this! Create a feedback form for the user of this application too. And yeah if customer use only modem then?

1 ★Not working as per requirement. If customer not giving his/her wifi then engineer can't use it. In SCR part there is only 5-6 options for resolution and issues thats not enough. You need to concern with any engineer or see web DHP for issues and resolutions. Need to improve this app

5 ★This app is designed to work only in WiFi network. It will not (and even should not) work with mobile data.

1 ★Why does Airtel force us to download an app to resolve a customer complaint? What happened to signing a piece of paper. This is just irritating.
