Der Monteur kann mobil auf seinem Smartphone seine
Arbeitszeit vorgangsbezogen erfassen oder mit Start / Stopp
automatisch inkl. Geo-Daten aufzeichnen lassen.
Wie auch beim herkömmlichen Wochenbericht kann er über
den Synchronisations-Button die erfassten Zeit-Datensätze ins
Büro übertragen. Dort stehen diese zur Prüfung und Übermittlung
in die Stundenerfassung bereit: komplett durchgängig – ohne
Medienbruch. Das lästige „Einsammeln“, Kontrollieren, Querprüfen
und Erfassen der Zeiten entfällt komplett.
