GoBe provides the ability to customize two types of Smart alarms:

Integration with Google Fit
The HEALBE GoBe app can be integrated with Google Fit to send there unique GoBe data. All data will be transferred automatically, including Meals and calorie Burn, Pulse, Steps and Sleep analysis.

5 ★The app is much improved from when I was using my gobe2. It has only had one minor and temporary error as of yet (about a month). Very easy to use and it generates instant graphs to track your days and look back over the week. It could be a bit slicker but all in all I it's a solid app.
4 ★I wish it came with removable batteries because i could buy an additional battery. That way, i could be using battery 1 while battery 2 is charging. Then i could switch them out and it allows me to wear it all day every day instead of taking it off to charge. Other than that, its AMAZING. Keep up the great work.
3 ★Ok. Battery life isnt very good. I have to charge it every day. I didnt get an instruction paper with it, so I'm not sure of what some of the symbols mean, but i am drinking a lot more water. It vibrates when my water intake is low. I dont think it's accurate counting my steps. Most days it says I've walked less than 50 steps...
3 ★Coming from Gobe2 to Gobe3, I expected the touchscreen to add phone notifications. They are not there yet. Also, it does need to sleep track during daytime hours. I thought I remembered Gobe2 doing that. Some weirdness with the touchscreen registering taps that never happened. Other than that, it has good Google Fit integration. I don't understand why other device makers can't get right. Also much better heart rate tracking than Gobe2.
2 ★Terrible connecting! Sync shows 100% connected but does not update values, even after reconnecting bluetooth, restarting phone and app. Is not consistent. Energy balance seems very inaccurate. The new update seems to work more poorly than previous. Customer service is non existant.. only available through messenger which is not at all helpful. Need to speak to a live person in order to resolve issues. Device is expensive with no real support for upcoming issues and no return is offered after 30 days of purchase. Useless. ☹ After submitting review explaining disappointment in no l live support for issues, Healbe responds with please email us for support!😡 Are you even paying attention to what the reviews actually say?! I wish I could return this damn thing and get a refund! What a ripoff!! Too expensive to not have the support needed to resolve issues. Now I'm stuck with a device that serves me no good. Highly disappointed.
2 ★I've had the Gobe2 and now Gobe3. I know they say the longer you wear it the more it learns. However, its so far been my experience it is not very accurate on many levels. Also the sleep tracking is only during certain hours, but what about people who work nights and sleep during the day? My Samsung Smart Watch tracks my sleep 24/7. I'm still giving it a chance,but if in 90 says things dont improve I'll give a solid thumbs down for $200.
5 ★Love the data. Carb tracking isn't exact compared to Fitness Pal BUT it's consistent. in my opinion so long as it's consistent it's a valuable tool of measuring. Good data is always useful. Syncing with google fit is best for tracking workouts. Because GoBe is measuring carbs as they enter the cells I found it helpful and interesting to see how unhealthy eating later in the evening can be when you see your carb intake spiking at 2am when you're asleep.
3 ★The science behind this makes me question all of its accuracy all revolving around how they calculating pulse rate during workouts. It's very inaccurate. I've been using this since 9/1/18. I'll give it 2 more weeks but as of now I will request a refund.
4 ★As others have said, the consistent tracking helps a lot. It doesn't nag, other than for hydration. i do wish that it was available in an ankle model or an upper arm or even choker/necklace model. I have to remove it when working with a client.
5 ★I love my Gobe2! I do find it to be very accurate and all telling about my lifestyle. My only wish is that it was smaller and more stylish on the wrist. In addition, would like it to charge wirelessly while on my wrist so I dont miss anything. Thanks for a great product!
4 ★I like the app. Update after drinking tons of water I am now reading in the normal range. I guess I was moderately dehydrated. Linear scaling seems rather abrupt. You should look at changing graph to log scaling to give it more room to move rather than clipping.
5 ★Love this device! Having adrenal insufficiency has many impacts on the body, this device helps me to be more aware.
