1 ★Did not work for me. The station did not start charging.

1 ★Appalling. Will not find my location. Will not even find "San Diego". Could travel to Sacramento I suppose to charge my vehicle 600 miles away since it is locating a charger there.

1 ★Poor quality app with dated controls. The charging station also not only didn't charge my car but also wouldn't allow a release. I had to trigger the manual release to leave.

1 ★The charger didn't charge the vehicle and the plug wouldn't release so we where left stranded for multiple hours. The contact number on the charging station sent us straight to voicemail. As I type this we are still stranded.

1 ★Truly a painful experience. It's 2023 and this electric car charger has the worst friction I've seen for a payment system in years.

3 ★Should provide the ability to show if a charger is vacant or occupied

1 ★Didn't work. I don't know if the charger in Fredericksburg, TX, is broken, or the app is, or both. When I entered the ID of the charger, the app said it wasn't a valid ID, and didn't offer any alternative way to search (it showed a map, but I couldn't do anything with the map). I'm glad I don't NEED to charge, but it would have been nice!
