Description

Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

1 ★App doesn't work, indicatessever connection issues and brings me back to the select a city page. Also, the dropdown is flawed: has test data in the list, list is not in any logical order, and the list is not responding correctly to swipes in order to scroll down.

5 ★I've reported two local problems with this app. I used photos, and could pinpoint the location with the interactive map as well. I received an email and a phone call from the Traffic Dept., giving me the resolution for my first report. Just submitted the second one yesterday.
