🙞 Правила безопасности при эксплуатации электроустановок тяговых подстанций и районов электроснабжения железных дорог ОАО «РЖД» 🙝🙞 Утверждены Распоряжением ОАО «РЖД» от 13.06.2017 № 1105/р 🙝
🞵 Правила являются обязательными для персонала тяговых подстанций, районов электроснабжения, ремонтно-ревизионных участков, осуществляющего и организующего работы по эксплуатации, техническому обслуживанию, ремонту, испытаниям оборудования действующих электроустановок железных дорог (далее – электроустановки), а именно:
🞵стационарных и передвижных тяговых подстанций;
🞵постов секционирования контактной сети;
🞵пунктов параллельного соединения контактных подвесок;
🞵автотрансформаторных пунктов питания, в том числе совмещённых с постами секционирования контактной сети;
🞵стационарных и передвижных установок компенсации реактивной мощности;
🞵пункт преобразования напряжения;
🞵пунктов подготовки к рейсу пассажирских поездов с электрическим отоплением;
🞵трансформаторных подстанций;
воздушных и кабельных линий электропередачи напряжением до и выше 1 000 В.
🞵Введены в действие с 1 декабря 2017 года.
🞵Взамен Инструкции по безопасности при эксплуатации электроустановок тяговых подстанций и районов электроснабжения железных дорог ОАО "РЖД", утв. ОАО "РЖД" 17.03.2008 № 4054 с Изменениями, утв. ОАО "РЖД" от 27.10.2015 № 458.
