민주주의의 꽃 재외 선거 꼭 신청 해주세요!
2009년 2월 본국 공직 선거법 개정에 따른 재외 선거제도 도입으로 해외 일시 체류 국민과 (학생비자¸h-1등등) 영주권자가 대통령 선거 및 국회의원 선거에 투표할 권리가 주어졌습니다.
세계 어디에 있어도 저희는 대한민국 시민이랍니다!!
투표 전에 꼭!! 재외국민 선거 등록 및 국외 부재자 신고(일시체류자)를 하셔야만 합니다.
1. 선거에 참여할 수 있는 재외국민
○ 일시체류 (예정)자 : 국내에 주민등록이 되어 있으나 업무¸ 여행¸ 학업 등의 목적으로 해외에 체류하는 자
○ 영주권자 : 거주국으로부터 영주권 자격 취득자¸ 국내에 주민등록이 말소되어 있는 자
영주권자 중 국내거소신고를 한 자는 국외부재자 신고를 하여야 함
2. 신청·신고 기간
○ 제18대 대통령 선거 : 2012. 7. 22.(일) ~ 2012. 10. 20.(토)
