OffPAC is a method of accessing Tuanku Bainun Library,UPSI public access catalogue through your Android smartphone. Different with OPAC, OffPAC does not require an active internet connection for searching books and materials. OffPAC database will be automatically updated when you are connected to Google Play Store app update mechanism.

OffPAC requires at least 1GB of RAM and a minimum of 200MB of free space on internal phone storage (the app itself is only 32MB including the whole library catalogue in form of a database, 200MB is to ensure the app has enough cache to work smoothly). Works with Android 4.0+
