The app becomes your everyday companion, enabling you to conveniently control your fridge while on the move. The optimal temperature, for example, can be set in the fridge or freezer even from the aisle in the supermarket. The food bought can then be stored at home at maximum cooling performance in a way that preserves vitamins.This and other connections to various smart home systems make our appliances more compatible from day to day. 1 ★A totally pointless app as far as I sm concerned. All I can get it to do is show me the serial numbers of my appliances - I know that anyway. To do anything else it appears I have to buy a Smart Device Box for each appliance. What a cheek! If I'm spending £900 on a fridge I don't expect to fork out another £80 to make its smart functions work properly
4 ★This is the first time ever Ive used an app for my fridge. This is my second Liebherr appliance that Ive bought and the app just makes buying a Liebherr even better. I love the bottle timer and the fact I can use IFTTT so it knows when I am shopping and adjust my fridge temperature at home, automatically.
5 ★I gave 2 stars, because the most important feature is missing in the app: the app does not send a power failure notification, therefor we do not know if the freezer is not working. One can not act immediately to save the Freezer-content. I am going to give 5 stars after Liebherr would implement this feature. Update 10/09/2019 notification is missing Update 04/03/2020 Power notification is implemented so I would give the promised 3 stars, but withold 1 star for not implementing the English(Austria) setting scheduled/promised for 2019, so having started the app 1.049.9, it stops immediately. Update 06/04/2020 English(Austria) is implemented, therefore 5 star.
1 ★Device is registered in the webportal, but after login or still asks for a serial number. When privided I get an generic error.
3 ★Bought a Liebherr freezer, installed the app, but when I press register because I do not have a account yet nothing happens. On Android Samsung S8.

1 ★I need to switch my phone to German to be able to use the app? Do you even understand how android apps are made? I'm in Germany and my primary locale is en-de and secondary de-de. I do not think device's locale is a correct representation of a country a person in because there are a lot of corner cases here. Moreover, I do not see any reasons to limit the availability of this app per region: as long as I have the SmartDevice to plug in into my fridge there should be no problem to use it. In the end it's simply primitive remote controls of the fridge, what's the big deal about it? It's not like it has camera or something built in.
2 ★Can I find a Smartdevicebox for sale in the UK? Nope. Useless feature.
1 ★Impossible de connecter l'application. Après 2 jours de recherches (pas de mode d'emploi en français !) j'ai laissé tomber. Heureusement que j'ai obtenu la box smart device gratuitement lors de l'achat du congélateur sans quoi cela m'aurait fait mal de mettre 79€ dans un appareil qui n'apporte rien à un congélateur qui coûte déjà une fortune comparé à d'autres marques. Service après-vente aux abonnés absents ... du moins pour ce qui concerne cette box ! Déçu de Lieberr

1 ★Impossible de connecter l'application. Après 3 jours de recherches et d'essais différents (pas de mode d'emploi en français !) j'ai laissé tomber. Impossible de connecter la smart device box au cloud Liebherr. Le sigle de connexion sur le congélateur m'indique qu' il est connecté au réseau, je le retrouve sur la liste de mon routeur, mais impossible d'obtenir plus, excepter des alertes me signalant que la box ne peut pas se connecter au cloud ??? Dans myliebherr mon congélateur est enregistré et la smart est cochée. Heureusement que j'ai obtenu la box smart device gratuitement lors de l'achat du congélateur sans quoi cela m'aurait fait mal de mettre 79€ dans un appareil qui n'apporte rien à un congélateur qui coûte déjà une fortune comparé à d'autres marques. Service après-vente aux abonnés absents ... du moins pour ce qui concerne cette box ! Très déçu de Liebherr+
