1 ★First, it errors when I try to create an account. I trying adding the espresso machine anyway. I activated Bluetooth and location, clicked next, pluged the machine (wihtout turning it on as was in the instructions) and for a second or two appears a connection to the machine, then it is stuck in a neverending "pairing". I have waited up to 15 minutes and nothing happens. I tried this multiple times, sometime I get a connection error

1 ★Can't get this app to connect with my Evidence Plus EA894t, send a E-mail for support, not sure of it must be reset after it was connected before? if so, how? factory reset?

2 ★I've downloaded the app. 1. It won't let me create an account. 2. When I opted to do this later i then tried to pair my phone to the machine 15 mins later I'm still not paired. Either problem with the machine or the app.

1 ★The location is disabled by default. Even if you allow the location permissions for the app.I also sent an email to technical team 3 months ago and still no answer. The espresso machine is working properly but the app is useless. You can market this product without the app feature because the support is not existing. If i could rate it 0 stars (zero) i would.

5 ★Just tried using the app again and have found that it is fully working again. Not sure why or has something been changed again but normal services have been restored. Based on the normal operation rating back to 5*.....Thank you App has just stopped working Was good before update? Previously would have rated 5* but now is not usable. It now opens briefly then closes so cannot use any more

1 ★There is zero chance of me connecting this app to my Evidence EA892D. There is no setting on the coffee machine to turn bluetooth on or off. The 'location' part of the app always says disabled. Believe me it's turn on.
