KFACS (Korean Frailty and Aging Cohort Study)는 한국노인 노쇠 코호트 구축 및 중재연구로 한국인을 대표할 수 있는 지역사회 노인 코호트를 기반으로 노쇠에 대한 전향적 추적 연구를 수행하여 한국인을 위한 노쇠 중재 기술 개발 및 효과성 검증, 표준화된 노인 노쇠 관리 지침을 개발하는 연구 프로젝젝트 입니다. 본연구의 세부과제인 ICT노인 노쇠 예방을 위한 운동중재 개별연구에서는ICT기반의 객관적 방법을 통하여 일상 신체활동 패턴 및 행동특성 산출을 위한 활동량 측정정보를 제공합니다.
신체활동 빅데이터를 이용한 노쇠와 관련한 신체활동 증 운동량, 운동강도, 운동지속시간, 수면,
운동의 타이밍, 좌업시간 등의 정보를 파악하는 것은 신체능력 및 활동패턴이 다양한 노쇠 노
인의 맞춤형 개인행동패턴 개선 및 신체활동 습관화 및 노인 노쇠의 활동 가이드라인의 제안등
에 유용하게 활용될 것입니다.
1. 활동량 측정 - 하드웨어로 측정 & 앱으로 데이터 확인 활동량 측정장치를 착용하고 걷기, 달리기 등의 활동량을 측정합니다.
- 다양한 착용 위치 선택 활동량 측정장치는 손목에 착용할 수 있어 편리합니다. 활동양 측정장치는 착용 위치에 따라 별도의 분석 알고리즘이 있어 당신의 활동량을 정확히 측정합니다.
2. 당신의 활동량 보기 - 강도별 운동 시간 보기 앱은 하루의 활동량을 시간과 운동 강도(저강도, 중강도, 고강도)로 분류해서 보여줍니다. 운동을 많이 하는 것뿐만 아니라 적절한 강도로 일정 시간 동안 하는 것을 권장합니다. 그러므로 운동 강도에 따라 활동 시간을 확인하는 것이 중요합니다.
- 시간별 소비 칼로리 보기 당신이 활동으로 소비한 칼로리소비량을 시간별 그래프로 보여줍니다.
- 일, 주, 월 단위로 운동 목표량 확인 당신의 활동량을 하루, 일주일, 월 단위로 손쉽게 볼 수 있습니다. 오늘의 활동량뿐만 아니라, 오랜 기간의 활동 추이까지 볼 수 있어서 앞으로의 운동 계획을 편리하게 세울 수 있습니다.
