Description
UbiLoop permet aux usagers d'une collectivité de déclarer des incidents sur la voie publique (lampadaire cassé, banc endommagé, graffitis, déchets, nid de frelons, etc.) avec leur téléphone, de le localiser automatiquement, de joindre une photo et un message vocal. Les services techniques de la collectivité sont alors notifiés en temps réel et peuvent traiter les incidents. Les usagers sont informés automatiquement de l’avancement de la résolution.UbiLoop propose ainsi un nouveau lien entre l’usager et la collectivité directement depuis son smartphone. Il apporte ainsi de la transparence à l’action publique.
