1 ★Waste of time and effort also money nothing else , they took money for documents verification after making the payment showing it will take 1or 2 day's to verify documents but now completed 3 day's still showing verification pending, I mailed to Customer support but no response. I'm strictly telling everyone don't install it loss of data balance and money also time.
5 ★Sir, from the last update we are not getting any bookings... I'm a student, it's a part time for me... Because of this TRIP PLANNER update, I have not seen any 4, 6, 8, 12 hours and outstation bookins in the app..i didn't get single booking in this week... I don't know those who are getting those trips. Please sir try to change the version to older one. The older one is very useful to all.. Now it is very difficult to get a single booking per day.... Please change it and help us🙏.. Thank u....

3 ★I like this application. But the driver support as well as technical support option is very much poor. You can't call to any number. Even if you raise a ticket, there is no reply from their end. I have been facing a device issue since 3 days. I can't receive any booking because of this. But still, there is no any reply from their end. My earning is zero for this reason but they are not taking any action to solve this. I am from kolkata. There is no any BD office. Now what can I do?

1 ★Fix ON ROUTE and GPS issues. Till then stop charging penalties. We are not a tool to test ur app on us. Listen to us to the problems we face with the app to fix it. I was charged thrice for your app problems. Somebody look into this seriously. Explaining, making ur people understand, Disputing with your team and getting a refund is a big headache for us. This is frustrating. We are the face of Drive U to customers. So pls do not frustate us. And taking 40% commission on night charges is too much
1 ★In drive u application payouts are showing successful. But amount was not credited to my account. I was raised ticket but they are not responding and simply resolving the ticket. 😡
