JDA Mobile workforce provides real time access to schedule, time sheets, and employee information. Both managers and associates now have the tools to achieve success without being tied down to a PC.

Note: Must hold valid JDA Mobile Framework and JDA Workforce licenses to login to the application. JDA Workforce was formerly RedPrairie Workforce Management for Retail.

1 ★Fine wen wrks u need change ur password every so often but can't be dunfrom ur own device change this feature. Can anyone tell me how to reset thepassword it's sayin I'm forbidden Help. This still hasn't been fixed

1 ★If you can actually get it to work it is fine. The main problem is trying to register with it on a mobile. The advanced setting are hidden.... WHY? It could just as easily be a menu on the screen not a hidden section that some mobiles that are unable to access. I changed my phone recently to a Moto C plus, the advanced setting are not accessible on this phone. I have seen many other reviews on here with the same problem. How about making it compatible with ALL phones. Many of use don't want to use iPhones. If it gets sorted 4 stars will be given.

1 ★I have to use this app to view my schedule for work and I don't have the latest and greatest phone therefore it doesn't show advanced settings so I can set up my account login. I wish my work would go with a better app unless this gets fixed.

1 ★Glitches and bugs. That's it! I can't even join. I have to use this forwork and it doesn't even allow me to login. I know I'm using the correctlogin and info because I just set it. But this won't accept it. Awful.

1 ★Horrible app. More than half of the time you log-in to look at your schedule it's blank.. No schedule appears. Fix bug please

1 ★Does not work with Pixel. I entered my username and password the same way I do on the JDA website and it tells me to "Please enter customer ID in the advanced section." There's no other options available.

1 ★No month calender view available really cluttered week view. Took ages to find how to view different weeks. Can't believe my company is endorsing this.

1 ★Found a user with a fix for Android. First screen you see, not enter anyinfo. Press AND Hold your back button. Then click on bottom of screen foradvance options. If your employer name is 2 or more words and you can't getit to work, try the name without using a space. Next page enter your infoand submit. It will not sink correctly with your calendar though but youcan see your schedule.

1 ★I have followed instructions and I can not find the advanced option. I have had this app before on an older phone and it worked fine but with my new phone it's useless. The app is for old phones and doesn't work well with some newer phones.
