1 ★App constantly crashes when trying to open shifts and regularly fails to complete unavailability requests. It also doesn't let you view historic shifts which makes checking hours a nightmare for staff who don't have access to a rota
1 ★This is a horrible app. I can't find, or it doesn't show any of my ytd pay. I also can't access my W-2. it's March 28th and I still haven't been able to file my taxes because I can't get my tax papers or anyone to help me. My boss says log on to fourth and get the info, but it is not available. This is a frustrating app that I have to have because of my job. I have never given a bad rating but I can't with good conscience give this app anything higher than 1star.
2 ★Has kicked me out several times, been trying to keep track of my hours and I cant do that. Tried logging back in used my password and apparantly its invalid and wont send me a reset link to my email. Please fix!!
2 ★when it works, the app does its job but for the whole week employee self service has been down and apparently nobody cares enough to fix it. Very disappointed.

1 ★I have never been able to log into this app. I had my username and password reset by them over the phone 2 days ago. I was told to never use the app by the rep.

1 ★I forgot my password. I tried to change it, Fourth says they'll send me a temporary password to my email if it exist. It does exist, but after about 6 attempts to get something out of them, I give up. Useless.
