1 ★Overly complicated and not plug and play. App keeps failing to 'do' anything beyond transmit terrible delayed poor quality video

1 ★Worst app ever created. Instructions are wrong in some places and just poorly written in other places. There is no logical sequence to the instructions or set up, such as "First do this, then do that." It is circular with twists and turns, inconsistent terminology, general clumsiness, and frequent crashes. All of that could be forgiven if the company offered technical support, but the only "support" they offer is via chat (they claim to offer Skype, but they do not answer Skype calls), and the only guidance they give you is links to the poorly written, unhelpful, inaccurate user manual. They don't know how the app works any more than you do. Terrible. Just terrible.

4 ★Its been working just fine for me. Other users are having problems but if you follow the instructed set up there is no issue at all.

2 ★Camera keeps losing connection but not a problem with WiFi. Have to keep uninstall and then reinstall. App not user friendly as now cannot find how to reconfigure Internet settings. Extremely unhappy

1 ★This app is horrible... As a technologist, even I find it near-on unusable. Meanwhile, Trivision appears to attempt to lock users to this wretched experience... Until they make a MAJOR overhaul, stay away -- you've been warned!
