5 ★I've been seeing a lot of negative reviews however my experience has been nothing short of accessible and fluid. Everything as a below average videographer could ask for. I'm restricted to the free program but I can record through the app, access media, and make short clips through here. It's not as conventional connecting camera through Bluetooth but connection though wifi with my phone has gotten better (with a few hiccups upon first installing and connecting app and camera).
1 ★This is horible. How come the Insta360 app is soooo easy and this one is giving me some neck pains from frustrations. I'm on the gopro community trying to find a way to update the hero9 bc it's NOT CONECTING TO THE APP. If anyone here can help me with "no device found" when trying to update, I'd be happy.
1 ★Terrible! Forces you to share content, doesn't connect to phone! The app is not intuitive, video doesn't render, 5.6 k is not supported, doesn't let you save directly to phone.... I totally regret buying the GoPro, it's an expensive toy but not a tool for anyone serious.
5 ★Brilliant!, the best app for editing photos and videos I've ever used. however a shame its subscription based. I would like to have access to the editing tools only and not some of the other offers which must be built into the cost.
1 ★The app can see my go pro but won't connect to it. Anyway, paying the device premium, and then having to pay again for the app is a deal breaker. [EDIT] Connecting manually the GoPro WiFi was the first troubleshooting step I did. I had no issue to connect the go pro months ago. I didn't use it for a while, and now it is just not connecting anymore (the app was not named quik though, if i remember)

Can't get my photos to upload to the cloud. App won't connect to the camera, I mean come on! And I call GoPro and they don't help me...
1 ★Use... full at times, useless at times. Programming is less than desirable. App hangs during edits, hours wasted trying to resolve poor software code. +side. Super ez 2 use when it works. Slick edit wizard on clips for short attention span viewers! Reply from manufacturer is interesting.... they know the fix, yet don't code it in....
1 ★App Won't let me connect to Facebook when trying to use live setup on GoPro9 from Android. Since Android, cannot use twitch and since I do not have 1000 followers cannot live stream to YouTube. Forced to use gopro live stream or rig as a Webcam thru osb or something other than need long cable for that as gopro needs to be mounted 15 feet in air.
1 ★Your app absolutely sucks I hate it I should never have updated it a couple months back it wasn't great then but was loads better than it is now at least I could connect it to my phone moor easily but now it is so very hard nearly impossible, I hate it, what's the point in having a gopro if you can't connect it to your phone like its supposed to what a waste of money. YOUR APP SUCKS YOU NEED TO FIX IT. 😠😠
2 ★Easy to use and great app to make videos. Although if you load more than 50 videos it crashes. All the edits I made weren't autosaved either. So lost my hours of work through this app. It was better when it wasn't a paid subscription.
1 ★You guys need to figure out a fix for video rendering upside down on the S21 ultra. I paid too much money for this camera and 4.99 a month for hardly any extra editing content. Update: Did exactly what they said. No support, no updates. Selling my max quitting my overpriced gopro subscription. Getting insta 360.
1 ★I'm heartbroken that it's pay only now. You destroyed my dreams of pulling myself out of my rut and took my joy away. Now I have nothing but video clips and photos and no AI buddy to help me splice them. This software was truly a revelation to me and gave me focus and a goal that I could actually accomplish. Now I'm just futzing about with all this other software that is cumbersome, lumbering, and ugly. I have no idea what to do... GoPro, you killed my dreams.
