5 ★I have been ordering from Sammy Dress for over a year now. Their products are of good quality and their delivery service is also up to the mark. I am particularly impressed with their ability to solve problems and respond to customer queries with promptness and politeness. I will most definitely be a loyal customer.
4 ★It's cool and all. You get some pretty good items for a great price and decent quality. There's just a lot of complications with writing reviews and when you actually get your items. They explain that to you though so it's not like it's a shady app or anything.
1 ★Sammydress has over priced products AND shipping. I was going to check out a pair of $15 shoes and the shipping was $15; ridiculous. I went on WISH and found the same pair of shoes for $8 with $5 shipping; so Sammydress is obviously overpriced. This INCLUDED the 30% off I got with the points. Either use WISH or EBay, Sammydress is useless, unless you just want to pay more for stuff for no good reason. Reply: No it doesn't. You order in bulk from across seas. That has nothing to do with our shipping prices; because you're shipping USA to USA. If you can't compete with CHINA to USA shipping prices you're obviously skimming (handling charges). What you're doing is charging 150% approximately handling. I already called your call center and got all the answers. So don't try to lie your way out of my review. My review is entirely valid.
4 ★This site has a lot of great things. The prices are amazing on most of the inventory. I mostly buy jewelry and bags. The clothing is sort of hit or miss because the sizing is difficult to determine. Every blouse or shirt I ordered was too small, but I didn't want to bother shipping back because I would probably lose money. I just gave them to someone that could wear them. A very small person! In all fairness though, the site has a huge variety of things to buy. I have bought many pairs of sunglasses and various pieces of jewelry and have been pleased with the quality and price. Its always fun to shop with Sammydress. My only complaint would be that a lit of their things are Out of STOCK and that is very frustrating. Also, the orders take a long time to arrive.
3 ★Hi there, please note that I placed an order two weeks back, but i didnt receive any of the item which i ordered yet. Also note that this is not the first time i place orders from you and this is not the first time it got delayed. sometimes some items have been cancelled without informing due to out of stock. I am really disapointed to say that I've been struggled so many times due to these kind of issues. Even now we cant communicate with ur help desk team to get assistance online since the live chat option is not working everytime.It always seems offline.Please check and do the needful to send my items urgently. Hope that you may improve your customer care facilities soon with these feedbacks... Thanks.
1 ★I hate this store! they are nothing short of incompetent and very unprofessional, I bought a few items from them almost 2 months ago & to date I haven't received anything, I asked to be fully refunded & they told me they won't because my stuff arrived in my country weeks ago, & that they sent out an investigation team they will give me a response in 5 to 7 days & guess what? 10 days later I'm still waiting & I have to be the one constantly pushing for updates, their customer service sucks, today one of their consultants responded in spanish a language that i don't speak. I want my money back i'll buy from wish their customer service is excellent.

3 ★You're doing bad business how you can imagine if you buying a lot of things your shipping costs are must expensive.....? But when someone buys 2 or 3 stuff shipping fees are less, more things you buy your shipping fees should be less or free not to be higher
1 ★I placed an order for a pair of jeans and a few other items I received my order on the 21st of August the jeans I ordered were the wrong ones I contacted them on the same day through their customer service via email because there is no contact number and it's been 4 days and I have not heard anything back they are completely different than what I ordered I am not happy horrible customer service
