What's new in version 1.7.0
An update at last!This brings the app up-to-date with the latest version of Android, so you can continue writing and publishing anonymously on Write.as. In addition, we've made the following changes:
- Removed support for publishing over Tor
- Changed how backups work -- PLEASE NOTE they no longer persist when you uninstall the app
- Renamed the app to "Write.as Anon." to show that this only for anonymous publishing on Write.as
- Updated Settings
- Follow us on Mastodon, instead of Twitter

Download Write.as: Anonymous APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.abunchtell.writeas-v1.7.0-ApkClean.apk)
