En cliquant sur le bouton de «recherche» (la petite loupe en haut à droite), une fenêtre s’ouvre et vous pouvez taper des mots en mooré, français ou anglais. Tapez « rechercher » et une nouvelle fenêtre va afficher les résultats. Sélectionnez le mot que vous voulez consulter de proche, et une nouvelle fenêtre va s’ouvrir sur votre écran.
Le présent dictionnaire contient plus de 11’513 mots et expressions mooré traduits en français et en anglais souvent éclairés par des phrases illustratives. (Parfois nous avons pu placer une image pour illustrer le mot, en fait il y on a plus de 4'300 photos / images dans ce dictionnaire). En général, nous avons retenu le parler centrale de la région de Ouagadougou comme parler de référence du mooré. Il y a des cas où nous avons ajouté des variantes dialectales, mais nous n'avons pas pu tenir compte de toutes les variantes. Evidemment, le mooré a encore beaucoup de mots qui ne sont pas inclus dans ce dictionnaire.

Well, we have to admit that this present version of the Moore dictionary shows only the peak of the ice-berg of the riches and beauty of the Moore language and of Mossi culture. We hope that other people will add information to this dictionary and thus help us to get a more complete picture of the riches of the Moore language.
Up to now we got about 11’513 Moore entries and over 4’300 pictures to illustrate the dictionary.
