4 ★Handy, easy to use app. But could do with refinement of the search tool. Eg. If I search for marmalade, I don't want to see, Mach 3, Maybelline, margarine etc come up in the results.

1 ★too slowwwwwwwwwww when u put too much photo , u have to make sure that it necessary for high resolution all those stuffs. You Data base with branches are also poor. it spend more than 2 mins to even complete basket for 1 updated item. if this is under developed , keep goingggggggg you far beyond the successful step than rival

4 ★The app is alright, but the search doesn't work that well unless you spell the product exactly how it is in their database. Lots of pictures of the products, but no pictures of the nutritional into or other details on the product boxes.

1 ★The worst online supermarket online shopping of Thailand. App was error and restart several time, loading time is very slow, the promotions product frequently error in price calculation. Moreover, most of the time, products are out of stocks, better go with other APP

1 ★Search location doesn't work properly, which creates difficult situations in which the order goes to the wrong tops. I'm not sure if it is just my area, Wattana, which has the wrong auto complete (app put in Thawi Wattana), but it is a frustrating glitch.

1 ★Cant create account. Error message every time on Android 12. I tried 10 times including uninstalling and reinstalling. The one app used to have problem as well, Developper, dont you feel shame? This big company keeps deliver fail apps.

1 ★The worst supermarket app and service in Thailand. Extremely slow, buggy, and once you complete your order, it never comes. To add to the worst app, Tops is the worst customer service ever. Try to chat with them, no reply. Call, no reply. One week of chasing my order and no reply from the worst company in Thailand, Tops.

2 ★Recent update makes scrolling through long product lists, like promotions, impossible because it returns to the top of the list every few seconds. You can never get past 20 lines down.
