Description
The Federalist Papers are a series of 85 articles written in support of the new U.S. constitution which replaced the very flawed Articles of Confederation. Published under pseudonyms, authors Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay spelled out the reasons why the new constitution should be ratified. According to historian Richard B. Morris, they are an "incomparable exposition of the Constitution, a classic in political science unsurpassed in both breadth and depth by the product of any later American writer."The Federalist Papers are a natural choice for inclusion in the American DNA section of the 'United States Constitution' app found in the Android Market. I did not include it because it would have doubled the size of the that app and I want to maintain a little size discipline, so to speak. So after many request I created 'The Federalist Papers'. It's not annotated like the Constitution, but it does contain a search feature which should make personal analysis a little easier. I'll be making improvements as I go of course, so for now here you go.

5 ★I really like this app. The only fault I find is that the dark mode theme isn't working correctly. Please fix that. Thanks. Perhaps in a future update, arguments from the "anti-Federalist Papers" can be included to show the perspective of those who either wanted the Articles of Confederation to remain or just didn't want the Constitution adopted for whatever reason.
3 ★When I try to copy text, I get strange behavior such as jumping ahead to the next article. Very frustrating.

5 ★So glad that someone has such a deep respect for our country and its history to make such a great app. This proves that there's a way to think outside the box, and possibly get this important information into the hands of kids who might've otherwise never looked into topic. A great addition to the constitution app, which together succeed in communicating the whole story behind the foundations of our ideals as a country and our system of government! 1 ★Get one of the many ebooks. I have comparable apps for the Constitution and the ESV Bible and they work perfectly. This app will suddenly dart off to who-knows-where just as Hamilton's brilliant intellect is starting to overcome your sense that he was the devil incarnate.
5 ★The app is well laid out. To give this app 2 stars because he's mad the app's developer won't make an an app of the anti-Federalist papers is ridiculous. Come on Acer Picasso, That makes as much sense to give a bible app 2 stars because they won't also publish a satanic bible app.

I never rate or comment, but, I was afraid Acer PicASSo might be rallying an offshoot scary brand new old party and those of us in the know might need all the help we can get ... 5 ★03AUG2013. Love this APP, both this and The US Constitution APP (documents) should be at every American's fingertips. I am probably preaching to the choir here, but check out the book, The Federalist Papers by Glenn Beck, one half is the original text, the other half is written in modern language, kind of like a Bible Concordance. I am sure I am among friends here if you downloaded this APP.
2 ★Poorly coded with frequent errors and patches, as infrequent as they are, don't fix what they claim to fix. There are other options available now with even more content.
5 ★Another wonderful app, and a great companion to your US Constitution app. Anyone interested not only in the Constitution, but also why it's written as it is should get both of these apps. An Anti-Federalist Papers edition would make this a must-have trilogy for any US History buff!
5 ★Install it. Read it. Love it. It's free and it has search, notes, and great usability/legibility functionality. Sure, it doesn't include the rest of the papers, but it doesn't include a ton of other related documents. If you want to immerse yourself in an exhaustive examination of the past so what historians do and live at the library. More than worth the price. Mr. Hunt you are a gentleman and a scholar.
