5 ★Well my recommendation is that this is a great app. I work for Spark and I have a lot of elderly customers who will love this service. 1 it's super simple to download and sign up. 2 easy to choose pick up or delivery. 3 select what you want and add to your cart. 3 ★It does the job. There are things in store that you can't get on the app like fresh herbs. It has minimum amounts of meat you can get, like 400g, so if you just want one person worth of meat for one meal too bad. The search function seems to be hit or miss, I searched all kinds of variations of nestle gold kit kat before it brought it up with all the other nestle stuff. Also worth noting that your frozen foods are not kept frozen at pickup, just in chilly bags. so if you're at the end of the hour your frozen stuff might start defrosting.
2 ★Cannot get past the delivery method. Very frustrating and often can not get the pictures of products. You need to sort this web site out or you will lose customers. Only managed to get into the site by changing the delivery to pickup. Then had to remember to change it back at the checkout after I finished my shop
1 ★Really awful app. I was really looking forward to online shopping starting at my local New World branch, but this app is basically unusable. The basket is stuck covering 3/4 of the screen so I can't see anything but the top row of products. Clunky design, not user friendly at all, and no desktop alternative!! I'm so disappointed, until there's a vast improvement (complete redesign??) my online orders will be going to Countdown.
4 ★Just a suggestion I have no interest in click and collect or delivery but if I could use the same app to complie a shopping list as I go during the week because I always get home only to realize I have forgotten something. And it would also be good for families keeping to a budget being able to see what there shop is going to cost so they can choose what items they may want to drop before or if they if they can manage a bit extra before they even get to the shop
4 ★I have been using Ishop since it became available and have no problems until the last couple of weeks. The app has been not opening causing me to uninstall and reinstall which is frustrating. An twice now I harvested to edit my order but it just wont load. Other then that I have loved using the app because it is very convenient. I hope this aspect is rectified soon
3 ★I only downloaded the app today. Im trying to order items online for delivery and most of the categories dont have any pictures. how are you supposed to know what your buying if you cannot see it! I zwill have to buy from countdown app instead for delivery. disappointed with this. love the set up though just wish this will be fixed.
4 ★EDIT>> Wow super quick response which because of NW's in store shopping experience I'm not surprised by. Their fix didn't fix what happened to me but such is the world of technology. I appreciate they have an app given each new world is owned separately and believe thats why the service is good. Plus when you do call their Customer Service they actually try to resolve everything for you.
4 ★Was pretty good, a bit confusing to select or search the exact product i wanted but got there in the end. Then something went wrong and had to pay at checkout in the store, then got home and realised that they had forgotten my cold and frozen stuff. So they still working the kinks out.
3 ★I have already reviewed but now i see not all items are here. For instance if i want champ dog food which in store comes in 4 flavours this app only gives me the choice of one flavour. Same with a lot of other things i just noticed. You need to Everything you have instore. So far i need to go instore for quite a few things that arent online.
2 ★What is happening with this app? For the last couple of weeks it has been freezing, kicking me out, & i have to keep logging in. Now when i do get in, there is some box that pops out from the side with a total cost in my trolley as i add something new. How about fixing the app so we can get in & stay in without it freezing & losing whats in our trolleys, instead of coming up with some stupid pop up box that is of no use. I had to uninstall & reinstall, it worked for a while, now its frozen.
2 ★Hi. App has potential to.be great but currently no everything in store is on app. Tried looking for greggs low sugar tomato sauce and BBQ sauce. App says doesn't exist but I've bought in store many times. Also they don't ring as requested with substitutions. We were tired of countdown mistakes online shopping and tried new world for my mum twice now and both times errors. Also delivery sheet doesn't have prices on. So as i do mums shopping online because she doesn't have internet her sheet useless as shopping list as I'd have to then print out the final list email they send kind of a waste time.
