Description
Infy Me app is part of “Employee Experience” program started with the goal to make all the key transactions available to you on-the-go, provide the best experience possible and to amplify your potential. The app requires sign-in with valid Infosys domain credentials and 2nd factor authentication.You can create/change phone or PIN from webapps->MFA portal

1. Infy Global: Be up-to-date with the latest happenings in the organization, read the leaders Blogs, know about fellow Infoscions and access Individual Communication here.
2. Services: Leave, Holiday calendar, Book US domestic air travel, Timesheets, Pulse survey, Onduty, Optional holidays, Advance leaves, pre comp-off, weekend working, Work from home, Late stay, Night stay, Accommodation, Local taxi, regularize single swipe and status unknown, Schedule a phone call (Buzz), Infosys Directory, Hive, Share and seek feedback, View average working hours, Laptop gate pass, My ID card, Global helpdesk
3. Notifications: Approvals On the go and view the Information/Action items. 1 ★Its becoming too intrusive, infyme. Why do I need to grant location permissions to be able to apply WFH. Can you mandate the same for the web mode? Is my endorsement of my current address not enough? Rating 1 star till u revert this.
1 ★Worst experience, most of the time app wont work at all. WFH errored out at least 100 times, leave or compoff as well. It wont allow to approve on duty requests as well.. Something went wrong is what i see everyday with this app. Please improve it. It is very great app with all the good functions provided if it works.
5 ★Getting "Something went wrong. Do try again" message for almost every option like downloading salary slips, applying leave, creating comp-offs. Issue started after new landing page update rendering app not useful, making day to day activities tedious. Please provide an update for this asap. Update: Issue resolved after recent update, thanks for the quick fix !!
3 ★This issues is for last 2..3 days and still persists as on 8th april 2021.....After providing pin...getting message that you are not connected to any network. Check your internet connecton...wifi and mobile data is available to phone. No issues with internet. Reinstalled several times but every time getting same problem. Ultimately have latest version of this app after reinstall

1 ★This app is really making my days hectic. Whenever I try to apply work from home this app will not recognise my pwd and no matter how many time I enter the right password it will not let me in. Then I have to log in to sparsh from laptop and have to apply on duty for the days I missed because of this app. And out of a sudden after 4 - 5 days it will accept my credentials and let me in. Not sure what kind of algorithm it follows. Please fix this.
5 ★Updates were not stable after update. I updated and since then I am not able to open the app after installing the latest updates. After few weeks, it is fixed. Although i was not using authenticator app for Infyapps, i still updated it alongwith company portal, and it somehow fixed. Thanks team for addressing.
3 ★After the recent update, the payslip for the current month, is moved to the end in the list and it does not open. It saying something went wrong. The app is gets hanged frequently. Also, the average attendance, is showing zero in month wise
1 ★After the new update, not able to download or view the payslips. For every action done on the app, I get "Something went wrong. Do try again. Not able to use the app properly. Tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works.
1 ★App crashes every now and then. Unable to download docs and in the attendance records as well unable to fetch the records with given custom dates as go button is not responding. Recent update is very clumpsy. Also I see "Something went wrong. Try later" error many times.
