Description

The Michigan WIC Mobile App will give WIC participants the opportunity to view
upcoming appointments, view food benefits that have been issued to them in the clinic,
scan UPCs while shopping at the store to see if the UPC is a WIC Approved item or not,
and provide information on locations of WIC Stores and WIC Clinics across the State of
Michigan and also Update your contact information with WIC.
The goal of the Michigan WIC Mobile App is to give participants all the information they
need at their fingertips to make their shopping experience fun and easy

5 ★Worked great up till about a month ago.. Try signing in and it says can't connect to the server. Hopefully gets fixed soon.. Great app. For wic clients! update: issue has since been fixed and app. is up and running great. easy to use thank you

2 ★Won't let me log in for the last few weeks. Used to work ok. Also, the scanner won't focus enough to register anything while shopping. Very annoying. I used to have WIC in Wisconsin and their app was great...much better design and never any issues. Wish they'd make the MI app similar

1 ★When I log in to the app It tells me to link my wic account and when I type out all of the CORRECT information it tells me that its invalid. I was told that my email was not on file and to have my wic office save it and redownload the app but that still didnt help. I'm getting extremely frustrated and I'm ready to just give up. I don't know what else I can do to have my wic benefits written down and not recited off the phone by an animated voice.

3 ★When it works its a great tool, server is "unavailable" far too many times to be a convenience tool. I end up calling my card for balance inquiries most of the time because of server flaws. Fix the bugs please.

So irritating because it worked great and so easy to just look on the app and see what food I had left to get instead of calling every single time.
