3 ★New sales used to appear at the top so I could scroll and check them easily. Now they are mixed within older ones from previous days and it's annoying to try to find the new ones. I no longer check sales as frequently. Otherwise, the app is OK. Decent detail and ease of use for a mobile app.
3 ★Ok so I like the app overall. I have only ome problem that seems to be lingering, and that is the Rack search. It simply doesn't filter at all. For example: of I go to men's shoes amd choose comfort as a filter, I see everything. It doesn't filter at all. I'm even seeing all the womens comfort products. This makes it difficult to shop on the Rack profile. Please fix and I'll push it back up to five. Hautelook is perfect; don't touch that. lol
1 ★Hautelook tab doesn't load, this has been an issue for several updates there are tons of bad reviews pointing this out and they obviously are not going to resolve it. They also don't properly manage their inventory during sales as I've purchased things on multiple occasions and then had them email me after the fact that they are sold out. Also, you can't email customer service. They mailed me a box of broken dishes with no padding whatsoever and you can't contact support without calling them.
1 ★It used to be so much better, so much easier to navigate with new sales listed at the top then the older sales towards the bottom in order. Now -- it drives me CRAZY all the sales jumbled up together. Sometimes I can't even find the new sales. Terrible! Fix it please!
4 ★Lots of fun! The HauteLook flash sales last anywhere from 24hours (rare) to 7 days (most common) and can be viewed in one long list or you can check them out by category. It's also really convenient that Nordstrom Rack shopping is accessible in the same app. I haven't yet had an opportunity to use the Scan feature to find my size or desired color to find something online, but further usr brings opportunities!
1 ★What happened to this app? Filter doesn't work. Back button bring you to the rack page. When I'm looking at an item, the back button brings me to a main page. Extremely annoying. New items are at the end... I stopped using it. I won't be buying any more until they fix it.
5 ★This is my favorite shopping app and I primarily purchase clothes/shoes for myself and my family with it. One suggestion for Nordies, if you have to cancel an item/order through Hautelook or Rack, you may want to offer a discount on your customer's next purchase. It's a bit irritating to complete a purchase, only to have an item cancelled days later.
1 ★Terrible app, atrocious customer service. The ONLY troubleshooting step they have is to clear browser cache, restart browser, and reset password. Can't or won't escalate to second tier support. Obviously canned responses on web chat, to the point of looking like a bot. I'll take my money to Amazon.
1 ★NOT updating to the latest sales even with uninstall and reinstall. When one is Iin the Rack portion, looking at an item, when you go to return to the previous screen, it takes you all the way back to home. What a, colossal waste of time!!!
2 ★definitely not user friendly anymore the app used to be so easy to navigate, but something has changed, and not for the better! When you filter...it dumps you back to the homepage. SO frustrating!! Makes me run to my other 2 go to stores
3 ★Very buggy and missing lots of features! The development team desperately needs to create a customer experience team and quality assurance team ASAP! In most cases I cannot complete orders via the app because the bugs throw error messages that block the progress so I have to try to use the web app which is almost as bad. No way to shop that is not a HORRIBLE shopping experience. Takes an average of 2 hours to get items from cart to purchased and so usually lose out on many items that sell out.
1 ★whoever handles your order filling is awful. i received duplicate items, and I'm still waiting for my complete order! you had no problem billing me, even though you charged my account twice. i rate you very poor. The chances of me purchasing from your site again is somewhere between highly unlikely and never!!
