Vind mijn Product is een nieuwe app van Albert Heijn. Met deze app kun je de producten die je zoekt gemakkelijk vinden. Zoeken in de supermarkt behoort hiermee tot de verleden tijd!Vind mijn Product gebruikt de camera aan de voorkant van je mobiele telefoon om lichtsignalen op te vangen. Elke lamp in deze winkel zendt een uniek signaal mee, onzichtbaar voor het blote oog. Maar de camera van je telefoon kan deze signalen wel opvangen, en zo bepalen waar de telefoon zich in de winkel bevindt.
Op sommige plekken zijn er onvoldoende lichtbronnen in de buurt. Met behulp van bluetooth-signalen kan de telefoon dan toch bepalen waar die zich bevindt.
In de app is een kaart opgeslagen, waarin alle producten van de winkel zijn opgeslagen. Als je een product invoert in het invoerveld, wordt het zichtbaar op de kaart. Jouw locatie bevindt zich centraal op de kaart, weergegeven door de oranje stip. De kortste route van jouw plek naar het product dat je zoekt wordt zo zichtbaar. Volg het lijntje om bij het product te komen.
Om Vind mijn Product te gebruiken, moet je telefoon verbonden zijn met het internet. Albert Heijn heeft gratis Wifi beschikbaar in alle winkels. Verbind je telefoon met het Wifi-netwerk “Albert Heijn” en accepteer de voorwaarden.
Vind mijn Product is een samenwerking tussen Albert Heijn en Signify (voorheen Philips Lighting). Vind mijn Product werkt alleen in AH Genderenplein in Hoofddorp.
