1 ★Wow. Of all the exchanges and wallets in all the world, this is the worst. I say that a lot so congrats for opening my eyes to how bad it can get. Use this worthless exchange if you want but DO NOT buy or stake their XCM garbage coin, because you can't sell it due to the lack of liquidity on their own scam coin. And the minimum sell price is .63 so when it tanks, tough luck bish🥵 Great job not holding up to meme coins. I moved everything off asap. BINANCE.US and BNB coin for the win 😘

1 ★Couldn't be worse. I don't know who developed this app, it's absolutely useless. Can't authorise the same device I used to sign-up because I never receive the email with the code. Can't log in because it says "too many attempts from this IP" with no other information: in short, I can't use neither the app nor the website. Coinmetro team: forget what you think you know about programming, delete everything and start from scratch. Some 15 years-old out there can probably do better in a weekend.
5 ★My experience with using Coinmetro is nothing short of world class. This platform has the best customer service I've ever experienced on an exchange (around 5 minutes response time on average) and the kindness and informative nature of the team is truly supportive in my expanding crypto journey.
5 ★All the one star reviews confused me. The app and exchange work fine and tbh I've always found them quite slick and self explanatory. Problem with crypto is it attracts absolute morons who shouldn't be allowed out the house let alone to operate an exchange account, hence you are always going to have some poor reviews. Luckily with CM you have 24/7 support but I do feel sorry for the customer service lot of what to deal with them.
1 ★No experience. My state doesn't support. My problem is the wording in the app. Under the fiat d/w section, it clearly states "and supposed currencies " What self respecting crypto evangelist or business for that matter uses that kind of language describing it's own platform... That says it all IMO...
5 ★Super easy to use, smooth kyc process, and CoinMetro is my favorite exchange! Great community and team! Edited to add: the app keeps getting better and looker sleeker.
1 ★Slow and stupid. Binance is far superior. Setting up an account is irritating and glitchy (even with a band new phone and laptop.) My bank card wouldn't work with the platform so I've had to deposit money via bank transfer which is a stupid and painfully slow process. Why is there no option to just use BPay??
4 ★Thanks to the latest update the renewed app is now a bit better to use on mobile devices again and adds all the features and buttons I need to the home screen. Thanks for this fix, appreciate that you listen to feedback!
1 ★Don't fall for this scammers,Defrauding customers through its the payment system lots of bugs.My transactions of £80 was successful however money is debited from my bank account since 13th february,2022 but up to now they didn't deposited my funds in my account, they scam me by not funding my account despite rising issue to their customer care but no any positive response.This are scam ,this app jas very worst experience, I'm not going to use it anymore and not recommend anyone to use it.
