1 ★Pretty bad exchange. Your transaction gets "stuck" more often than not and you have to beg their support to process it "manually." Several support tickets went ignored and when I went on their live chat support I had to wait an hour to get assistance. Just a big waste of time all around. Also, when you ask for a refund they charge you a fee, to which for me amounted to about $27 btc. This could be the normal BTC transaction fee but why should I pay that when it's their service that's broken.
5 ★I had a bit of trouble transfering, but Customer service did help me resolve my transfer issue.
1 ★Careful, if the App messes up you will loose your funds and customer support doesn't care. They make excuses for why it failed and then close the chat. Lost a few thousand dollars doing a transaction that has worked a dozen times no issue. They don't care how much evidence you have that it's a problem with their app. They refuse to refund my money
5 ★I saw some bad comments so of course I was nervous, but there were his reviews overall. I used it to swap 500 worth of crypto and it was complete in less than 10 minutes and it only cost a few bucks. I also liked that I didn't have to upload any personal info. So I suppose it's fairly anonymous as well. All in all, easy to use and safe. I'm a fan and would definitely recommend.
5 ★Good app for swapping. No two swaps are alike. Comes in handy for certain swaps.. And people complaining about fees .. FYI, you gotta pay to play. Don't forget that. This is a service. They pay their employees. Which I might add, Are very helpful. Had a failed transaction on my part. Put a memo where there shouldn't have been one. Chatted with tech, sent memo to specialist. Had my transaction straightened out in ten minutes. Hit the correct wallet for previous agreement amount👌👍💯
1 ★This app charges up to 50% in fees for exchanging niche coins and tokens. In an attempt to save on fees I used a different coin only to get $65 transfer fee on $190 worth of tokens. Also have had problems with Freewallet Coinomi and Coinbase is limited in selection but show you all these other coins. Just use a real market exchange. Its a little work to figure out but you cut out all the middle man app fees. I use Coin Ex but Binance and Kraken and HitBTC are food also.
