1 ★Scales not syncing to my app. I have taken battery out and reset several times and uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have to put weight in manually. When I hit the + it says step on and just sits there. I have turned off and on the location and bluetooth numerous times. I even installed app on a different phone thinking it could be the phone after turning the phone off and on numerous times. Just won't sync yo either phone. Was working find and just went crazy on me. NOT HAPPY HERE
5 ★I'm using this for a fitness/diet research group. Before very recently, I've only used the scale for weight and BMI. But, wow, it's stores all the numbers, like BMR! I make sure to hit Notes and Save to be certain it's saving.
3 ★yea the app is by the same manurfacture as the floor scales but they dont sync to record stats so im confused of its exact purpose
5 ★Great scale. Lots of features. Love seeing my numbers fall. My only complaint is that it will sound an achievement alert when you lose weight. But if you only lose half a kilogram it counts as constant so you don't hear that alert. A kilogram is 1.2 lb. Who loses over 1.2 lb in one night? On my best days I will have lost a whole pound. But that doesn't count as a loss so I don't hear the jingle. Maybe have an option to remove the "constant" so we are rewarded for small loses like a half pound.
2 ★The interface is pretty clunky but I figured it out eventually. This app apparently has no understanding of what dates are. Looking at how a stat has changed over time, it shows all the data points equally spaced, no matter how much time is between them! So if you look at "Week" it's the last 7 measurements, even if they were months apart. Choose Month and it's the last 30. There doesn't seem to be a way to scroll back in time. And who knows what's happening on the "year" view.
3 ★We bought the scale to keep up with weight loss. It's helpful for me to see progress on an app. Sometimes it logs our weights, sometimes it does not. The instructions say more than one person can use the scale. My phone died, so when I logged in on my new phone, my info was gone but my husband's info is there. BTW, the scale only gives my husband a weight. There are trouble shooting ideas on how to fix that, just don't have time to mess with it right now. The app is very basic yet hard to follow
2 ★The app for the scale is great, but there's no way to connect the new tape measure. The guide says there's a button in the upper left... But there's not.
3 ★I use to think 5 stars....but after 5mos all of the scale stopped functionsing. Bought a new scale and now app not functioning. UN-re-installed app to no avail. In trends (in month/year) you can no longer touch the circle to get info for a particular date. Trends don't mean much if you can't see specific dates to monitor. Before this I was delighted with the scale AND the app. Hopefully the app can be updated to correct this major problem and hopefully this scale lasts more than 5mos. Stay tuned
3 ★This app stopped working properly. It doesn't link to Google fit anymore. Errors out when I try to reconnect. (Update: the issue with Google fit is resolved by logging out and resetting the app). Also has trouble knowing which profile to save the correct weight info for.
5 ★The scale is great. The app makes it so simple. You simply open the app, step on the scale and wait a few seconds. It's never failed to work, seems highly accurate, and helps keep me on track.
1 ★The information will not load everyday. My app says the wrong dates and seems to have frozen.
