Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★If you use this App, make sure you opt for the live doctor chat! The online clinican is useless. Half of the questions, you're given multi-choice answers where you may need text box instead. The online clinician is only useful if you need a simple refill on something simple you've never refilled through their system before, such as blood pressure pills or insulin. If it's anything a bit more complicated than that, communication to fall apart quickly, and ultimately the refill process fails.
1 ★The app doesnt notify me when a doctor is ready so I've missed 3 doctors so far, and when you type in feedback it doesnt accept anything other than the word "skip" which isnt even REMOTELY the feedback I need to provide the developers to improve the experience. Absolutely trash right now and I am VERY displeased with the lack of functionality in two VERY key aspects. Not to mention the fact that it didnt remind me of my refill all of a sudden for no reason, so now I'm out of important meds.
5 ★Patient doctors!!! I always have WAY too many questions, but the doctors are always extremely patient and give me a lot of information. On my first consultation, I was a bit frustrated because I thought ot would be a video call or phone call, but instead, everything is done by text message. However, I realized that was actually very efficient since I can go back to the chat at anytime to read their instructions again and to ask any additional question. I love it!
4 ★Gives a pretty good idea. Definitely still check with an actual doctor, but it's much better than googling symptoms. I was a work and I needed to get an idea of what was happening to me and it wouldn't let me in without updating though. Since my work wifi is terrible, that wasn't an option, but that's about the only issue I've found. Over all good app, just frustrating there's no way around the update.
1 ★I want to try to cancel my premium membership, but the app literally won't let me. When I try to open the membership tab, absolutely nothing happened. I just got charged for three months of Premium that I'm probably not going to use because the app would not let me cancel it. Never going to recommend this app to anyone because something as simple as trying to cancel my premium membership apparently does not work. Can't contact support either cuz everytime I try to submit a ticket I get an error.
1 ★I love how many questions are asked because it seems as though the app is trying to figure out whats wrong with me. What's so aggravating is when i am asked "ok before i show results, do you have any other related symptom i havent asked about", I'll click no, and a message saying "something went wrong. it could be a temporary issue with your internet connection. let's try again". I'll click retry and im getting the same message. EVERY TIME!!! What's the point of using the app if it won't work?!?
2 ★Great idea. Awful execution. Finished the whole thing and it froze asking me if I had any other info and the 'yes' and 'no' buttons disappeared. I tried to do it twice and accidentally selected the wrong state. Had to go all the way out again to fix it. Idk it could be great but the app isnt streamlined. I just need an antibiotic.
5 ★I can finally afford to treat my mental health 😭 I've been using this for months now and it's life changing. My depression is so much better and the doctors are actively working on helping my anxiety now. They genuinely want to help you! Sometimes the app lags when typing more than a couple sentences, but that's the only difficulty I've had using it. The doctors are great, they really listen and do their best to help. I'm so glad I found this. It's by far the most affordable telehealth app too
5 ★100% accurate for me. This app has allowed me to find out what ailment I have by comparing my symptoms to those of patients of similar age and sex, thereby resulting in superior accuracy compared to other web based searches. It gives me an better understanding of what treatments are available and what questions to ask my doctor. An informed patient helps the doctor in proper diagnosis. The app is super easy and fast to use. It's the first step I take when I feel an illness coming on. Highly recommend!
1 ★My experience was horrible. It was a waste of my forty dollars and the app didn't even work long enough for me to get a full conversation in. Support was nice but not helpful. I uninstalled irene stalled the app three different times and still could not get it to work. It's probably a scam. I was dupped. I would like to give zero stars
1 ★I have used KHealth for years, it's been a lifeline for primary & urgent care when I didn't have Health insurance. It has gotten progressively worse in glitches & wait times (SEVERAL HOURS past appt. times). I have been unable to access the app since Dec., every time I check in for an appointment there's issues, if I can even check in. Same today, unable to check in. Customer support is useless. My yearly sub just renewed, I will be asking for a refund, disputing it, & filing complaints.
4 ★Good, affordable service for minor ailments. The response time can be quite slow and inconvenient at times. For example a physician becomes available several hours later and gives you a five minute window to respond. Before ending the session and starting the process over. It's not always the case though. Overall I do recommend this service for those with limited availability and/or no health insurance.
